I woke up in the year 2060, not remembering anything. Not my name, not even what I look like. I sit up and look around at my surroundings, just a empty street. It looks like a city, but I don't remember which. I stand up, only to fall down again. I take a deep breathe and try again, I stand up but unsteadily. I see ruined buildings, and a crashed plane. I run towards the plane and when I make it I see dead bodies, I gag and back away slowly. What happened here, I think looking around again. I see smoke in the sky and decided to walk there. There may be someone who can help me. I walk for hours before bumping into a very short girl, who was reading a book. Her green eyes light up in surprise and she squeals and hug me, I awkwardly pat her on her back.
"Oh my god another human. Well I don't exactly know if you are human, you may be a dog or a spirit, but you look and feel human. My name is Nami, what's yours?" For a second I do not know how to speak, or what to say.
"I-I don't know," I finally stutter.
"Oh you can tell me, I don't bite. Hard." She giggles and looks at me expectantly.
"I honestly don't know." Her eyes soften and she nods.
"Your one of them aren't you?"
"One of what?" She shakes her head and grabs my arm, dragging me.
"It's not important now, but let me show you to the others, they will be so happy to see who I found." Others? We walk for another 3 miles before making it to a giant gate. Nami knocks and it opens automatically, to reveal a tall boy I think, frowning at Nami. "Oh Leo, stop being so angry all of the time." His frown deepens when he sees me, and he turns to Nami.
"Who is this. Why is she here, she could be a spirit for all we know." Okay why are people calling me a spirit today? How old do I look?
"Um excuse me..I'm not a spirit or whatever you said. I don't even know what that is okay? I just need answers please. I want to find out who I am." I give the boy Leo a pleading look and he sighs.
"Oh fine. Don't start crying on me now." Nami gasps and looks at both of us.
"You just agreed with her! I have known you since 2030 and you agree with her that easily?!?!" He nods and walks away, Nami looks at me and we walk into the gates and I see a lot of cabins in a giant circle. Nami grabs my arm and drags me to a cabin all ready filled with girls. "This is where you and me are sleeping."
"I really hate to kill your mojo but there are zero beds," she was listening to me and then a gray haired boy walks in and she runs to him.
"Kyosuke!" She jumps on him literally. He hugs her and puts her back on the ground. Then she proceeds to drag him like she did me. "This is my friend I just met, but I don't know her name yet, she doesn't know her name either, but we'll find out find for her." I sigh and look at her "man friend" he nods at me.
"Leo sent me here to get her." Nami frowns and looks at me.
"Are you okay going by yourself? If you're not then I'll go."
"It's okay," I say walking out, "talk to your man friend." I walk out and squint at the setting sun. There are still people outside so I ask one of them where Leo is, the person points to a giant cabin. Of course he would live in the biggest building. I knock on the cabin door.
"Come in," I sigh and push the door slightly, to see the boy from earlier looking out of the window. "So you found us?" I open my mouth to answer but he turns around and stares at me so intense I forgot how to speak. "I know who you are." My eyes widen and I stare at him "Do you want me to show you?" I nod slowly and he snaps, making the room go black.
