Also, Melancholy's prologue is finally being written! The plot has changed a bit, and out Main Character role has shifted to a character named Maeve. Estelle's still in the story, but she's more mysterious and spoopy
SO. The book is now set in Maeve's point of view, and her plant happens to be a bristlecone pine tree. She has a creepily long life span, and has watched the world spiral deeper into chaos so-
Y'all might be surprised at what role Estelle will play in the book, and how Maeve and Estelle tie in together.
Also FYI, Estelle's plant is a flax, but she never seems to die ;)
Also, chapter 5(?) of Sanctuary has been published! It was a pain to edit and write, but I got there eventually. Sure, it's short, but it took some effort to fit what I wanted to fit in there.
