In the silence of the evening light,
Where shadows stretch and day turns night,
There lies a chasm, deep and wide,
The spaces between us, where secrets hideYour eyes, once warm, now distant stars,
Reflecting wounds, like hidden scars.
Jealousy, a ghost that haunts the air,
Unspoken words that hang, unfairBeneath the smiles and whispered lies,
Lie memories that never die.
A past that claws with phantom hands,
Etching trauma in shifting sandsI see the anger in your clenched fists,
The silent storms in tender wrists.
Yet words unspoken leave us mute,
Our hearts in cages, resoluteSadness, a shadow in your gaze,
A silent scream in a darkened maze.
Your tears unshed, a well of pain,
A love that's lost in the falling rainIndifference now, your shield and sword,
A distance grown from every word.
Yet in the quiet, I still see,
The spaces between us, you and me—StarlitMoon
