*A Little Conversation*

(This is not a story but a very short conversation I had recently. I hope you realize what purpose I'm trying to make understandable.

One day, my friend heard something I said and she liked it.

I said,"Thank you."

My friend: "No problem, I like everything."

Me: "I can live with that."

My friend:[she laughed] "Just trying to help."

Me: "I appreciate it. Your a nice friend."

My friend: "I'm just me...nothing special."

Me: "Oh don't say that. There's always something special in everyone. Regardless of who you are. That's the truth."

My friend: "I'm not really good at accepting compliments, but thank you anyway. It does mean a lot."

Me: "Your welcome. Giving out compliments to those who deserve it, it's just one of my habits."

My friend: "Your a smart girl, that's real sweet of you."

Me: "Thank you very much."

My friend: "One of my habits is, I'm too honest!"

Me: "Nah, you just like speaking your mind. I admire a person who knows how to speak that way. Regardless of why they say."

My friend: "I'm glad you think so, it is strange what's in my head, but I keep it under control."

Me: "Good for you. It doesn't matter what other people think of what you say, even if they think it's weird. It's none of their business. It's your mind and your thoughts, and out of their control. Simple as that."

My friend: "Wish I had more friends like you."

Me: " Aw... thanks."
