Capricorn's POV:

I had just finished class and was about to go home because it was the only one I had today. I keep thinking I had to go home and quickly finish study for the lecture I had coming up. I was in the car park and noticed that some jackass was standing by y car trying to pick up some girl.

*Sigh*

I unlocked the car with the button on my key and the head light flick on and of. Ignoring the jackass I opened the door on the passenger side and throw my bag in before moving to the other side to to get in.

"Wait you mean this isn't your car?" The girl he was trying to get with whines before slapping him across the face and walking off. Unable to contain myself I burst out laughing while watching the girl storm off. I turn back to the guy and he's glaring at me.

"What was that for?" He yells at me.

"'Tis, I don't know what you mean, I was just minding my own business and unlocking my car," I reply with no intention of wasting time arguing with him.

"What did you get jealous seeing such a hot guy like me flirting with someone else," He says full of himself.

"Um... Yeah I'm so jealous I couldn't stand to see you talking with someone else," I say with clear sarcasm.

"Oh really the how about we go for a drink or something," He says, god I think he thought I was serious.

"Sorry, can't, I'm due to meet people that understand sarcasm," I say opening my door and he tries to stop me.

"Hey, I was talking!" Hey yells, but I just ignore him and start driving.

"Ahhh!" I hear a shout from behind me and look in the mirror to see him hopping on holding his foot.

"Oops, looks like someone stood a little too close to the wheel," I say as I continue to drive. I turn to face forward-

*Screech*

when I looked forward I saw a girl bending forward to pick up some papers she dropped in the middle of the road. It was such a surprise it causes me to hit down on the breaks which send the car skidding.

"Shit!" I quickly get out of the car and run over to the girl.

"Are you okay?" I asked running over to her.

"Ugh fine," The girl groans quietly as she continues to pick up her papers. Thank god I didn't hit her. Feeling guilty I help her out and start to pick up some of the papers.

"These are a lot of papers," I say giving the last of them to her.

"*Sigh* yeah I have a lot of studying to do," she says seeming stressed.

"Tell me about it I have a lecture tomorrow I was about to go home and bury myself in books," I say still feeling pretty guilty for almost killing her with my car.

"Oh! your in that lecture too. I thought I'd seen you somewhere before," she says as she thinks back to her classes.

"Yeah, small world right," I say awkwardly.

"Well, sorry for almost running you over, and good like with your studying," I say as I start to walk back to my car that's still parked in the middle of the road.

"Hey, ah, um, do you think you we can study together?" The girl asks. I didn't really feel like it, but she looked like she needed some help and I did nearly kill her.

"Um, sure, I guess I kinda owe you for almost running you over. I'll just go park my car and meet you in the library," I say and start to open the door.

"Thank, my names Cancer by the way," she says smiling for the first time.

"I'm Capricorn," I reply before sitting in my car and driving away to find a park. I look back in my mirror to see Cancer grinning from ear to ear.

Time Skip

We walked into the library and all the desks were full of stressed students.
"There are no seats left," Cancer says next to me as she looks around sadly.

"It's okay, I saw a cafe down the street we can study there," She smiles at me and with that we leave the library and make our way down the street.

We arrive at the cafe and claim one of the booths at the back.

"So what page are you up to in the textbook," I ask her as I open mine.

"Um, 12,"

"What? 12! you're so far behind," I say surprised.

"I know that's why I need help, I thought you would help me stay focused," She says sadly, her honesty leaving flustered.

"It's okay, I can help you," I reply and she looks up and smiles at me. With that, we spend the rest of the afternoon studying.

The Next Morning

I was really worried about Cancer but we managed to cover a lot of the textbook and I think she's ready. I'm lying in bed the morning of the test and hear my phone beep. It's a message from Cancer.

'Good luck with the test today. Thanks for the help studying. Cya there! ; P :D"

She's always thinking of other, I reply,

'No problem. See you there.'

I then get out of bed and get ready to face the day.

At The Test

I run into Cancer at the entrance and she stops me in my tracks.

"Hey! Capricorn! Good luck on the test!" She says cheerfully.

"Yeah, you too," I say back.

"What is that all I get?" she asks leaving me confused. She then cups my cheeks leans in and presses her lips to mine.

Our lips past and I'm not quite sure what happened.

"Now I can do the test," Cancer cheers before running into the building.

I find myself smiling and I walk in to take the test.

The test finished and I think I did okay. I leave the building to find Cancer at the door. I didn't really know what to say but I walk over to her anyway, when she sees me approaching her and she looks up at me shyly.

"Hey, so I know we don't really have another test coming up, but I was wondering if you wanted to go back to that cafe," I say trying to be conferment. The water sign smiles and we start o walk there.

Sorry, I don't really know much about Cancers so I'm not sure if this is very accurate or not. I'm probably gonna write another one-shot with Cancer when I learn more about their personality but for now, I hope this is okay.
