You’re So Creepy
“The wolf, she raises her muzzle to the bright full moon, she howls her lonely song. The call of the Wild. That all too soon echoes, and it’s gone.” ~Tazmanette
Mr. Clayson tapped his fingers along his unorganized wooden desk as he read off a piece of paper. His jaw twitched slightly as he heard the Captain of the Football team; Giovanni, whisper something to Claire, his cheerleader girlfriend. She smiled and blushed as his hand ran up her leg.
“Giovanni, would you like to teach the class today?” Mr. Clayson sighed and held the paper out for Giovanni to grab. He motioned for Giovanni to come up and teach the class, again. This ought to be good. I personally do not like Giovanni or his clique. He cleared his throat and took the paper and read it.
“This semester will be based off of a project where you will need research, hands-on experience, and much more. You will chose an animal for your project and you will need to complete the requirements. This grade is 60% of your grade.” Giovanni read like a robot. I laughed a little but looked out the window. The class room was on the side of the school where it was pure forest out the windows, I liked it.
“We all know what wolf-girl’s going to choose.” Giovanni laughed as he took his seat, and accidentally pushed against me. I grumbled and glared at him. I was the go-to girl if you needed any information on any animal. I knew a lot about them.
“We’ll see who gets the better grade then, dumbass.” I muttered with a smirk. I rolled my eyes and looked at Jakko. He was my best friend since we were buns in the oven. Born at the same hospital, but a year apart. Our mothers were absolute best friends. He gave me a smile and said Good Job Masal.
“Alright class! You may choose ONE partner for this project and you both can do your own animal, you both need your own paper work, you both need your OWN research.” Mr. Clayson said. Without looking, Jakko and I fist pumped.
I sat on my couch next to Jakko as I stuffed some chips into my mouth.
