Is death the end, or just another beginning?
Evangeline Walker asks herself this question daily, since witnessing her mother die and nearly dying herself. Her life is falling apart at the seams, and she doesn't know what to do. With the entrance of a man into her life who claims to be a ghost, things get even more complicated. Evie finds herself tangled in a dangerous world built off grief and fuelled by sorrow, where death is never the end. And where your greatest enemy at every turn is yourself.
My Opinion: I don't tend to read paranormal stories but this one truly interested me. It was original and had me on the edge of my seat, wanting to scream out at Evie to do something. Evangeline is a fighter and I love that quality about her character. This story is definite must read as it is thrilling and exciting with a mix of romance.
