Hair of mercy red washed over her snowy freckled shoulders. She tucks a strand of her fiery hair behind her ear as she awaits her lover. Thoughts of him fill her mind.
Her strawberry honey lips curve into a smile the moment he appears. Dressed in shades of blacks and grey's he makes his way to her. His ocean grey eyes settle on her awaiting evergreen eyes. Eyes that hold a soft fiery glow. The ones that have him tripping over his words more often then he would care to admit. He is taken aback at her beauty. The two lovers have been together for 3 years to this day but to him she is just as breathtaking as the day they met. A smile of his own plays onto his cherry red lips. He stands in front of her now. Taking her pale soft hand he places a rose. Just a single red rose. But not just any red rose. A deep Ruby red rose. The color is his loves favorite. Taking the delicate rose in hand she reaches for her left dress pocket. Inside her pocket is a small envelope that holds her vows to him. She hands him the creamy white envelope with his name etched in black across the front. he takes the envelope from her with a handsome smile. he insides warm as she gazes into his eyes. still holding her gaze he takes from his back pocket a black envelope that has her name sprawled across in gold. Taking the envelope she leans into her lover. he holds her in his strong protective arms.
They begin to dance when she starts to hum the song A Thousand Years. Their sways turn into a lovely fluid waltz. To them its only the two of them. safe, warm and in love. when the song comes to an end. she looks into those ocean grey eyes. with a smile on her face she lets go of him. he smiles with his eyes as he takes her hand and places a loving kiss. They part ways holding onto each others vows as they walk to their rooms. they rest well that stary night in comfort of what the next day brings.
