I like the windy effect the designer did on the cover, the person standing and looking away has this sort of realistic effect because of the way her dress/hair look 'wind-blown'. My only advice is, I'd recommend a change in front for the title. -deviation-
It's an interesting combination, I'm not fond of the font used, but it actually works with this cover in particular. -MadelineSane

I really like the font and the whispy smoke intertwined in the title, the image also looks eye-catching. My only advice would be, is that the subtitle looks bunched and should be spaced out a bit more. - deviation-

Again, thank you to everyone who entered! It's always tough to be a judge, especially for me (The Queen of Midnight) honestly y'all, it's a damn miracle I can use a blasted computer. Don't worry if you didn't win, we are going to have more rounds to come very soon.
I would like to take a moment to apologize for the delay of these results, that is entirely my fault. I have seem some truly horrendous things the past few months, things children must never ever see. Such as... the ACT. At the moment, I'm expected to be a "proper" adult, but I can't adult.
