A/N: Alright hello everyone! This will be another Kirito/Sinon story. This story might have a sequel to it depending on how it goes. Soo gonna start this off! Link start!!

A young teen with black hair and black onyx eyes was sitting at his computer desk while reading a magazine on the latest Sword Art Online and the nerve gear Akihiko Kayaba.

That man did something no one else has done before. He made the nerve gear happen where you can enter a virtual world as if it was another real world.

The young teen was named Kazuto Kirigaya. He was one of the rare ones to be a beta tester.

Kazuto turned up the volume on his TV to see there were a group of guys and some girls all holding nerve gears and the copy of SAO.

He returned reading his magazine until he accidently slid his thumb on the paper and got a small cut.

He sighed to himself and cleaned it up a bit.

"Hey, I'm going to kendo! See ya later,  onii-chan." Kazuto's sister headed out with her practice stuff and Kazuto got up from his chair and shut the tv off.

He walked over to the nerve gear and laid himself down on his bed and put on the nerve gear, clicked on the switch and smirked.

"Link Start!"

Colorful flashed past him.

A young girl with black short hair with small white tied ribbons and wearing a school uniform.

Her name is Shino Asada.

Flashback:

When she was younger about 11 or so, she went with her mom to the bank.

While Shino waited, a creepish looking guy that sweated like a pig came in with a bag and a...gun.

He killed the banker who tried to call the police, but he got shot by the robber.

Shino's mom was pushed to the floor and the robber pointed the gun at her.

Shino quickly got up and bit the robbers hand hard enough to make him drop his gun.

She went for the gun grabbing it, but the robber tried to pull the gun away from her, but she had her finger wrapped around the trigger and a gunshot went off.

The robber reached out for her again, but another gunshot went off.

Shino opened her eyes to see the robber was dead...blood started to flow around him and almost reached her and her mother stared at her in horror.

Since the traumatic passed Shino faced, she has had issues with guns or even the mention of them in any way.

She usually lived alone in a small apartment. Her mother lived far away with her grandfather.

Once in a while they would call to check up on her and sometimes they would get together on the holidays.

It was October 2022.

Shino was one of the ones who were lucky to get one of the copies of SAO.

She thought to herself this could be the chance of getting away from the real world. All away from the nightmare that wouldn't seem to leave.

Shino started to head home after classes for the day and was ready to try out SAO.

"Shino...Shino Asada..."
