Silvers POV
I jumped and snapped my head to the kitchen doorway when I heard the front door slam open. Who would do something like that?!
"Silver-kun!! Where are you my dearest?" came Blazes voice.
Oh no... If she sees us in this position she'll burn Mephiles!! I began to panic and quickly turned to get Mephiles away from me when he suddenly kissed me. This isn't the time to make out!! Your life is on the line here!!
I heard slow footsteps coming down the hall. I tried to push Mephiles off but he held onto my waist, pulling me closer to him. The footsteps were about halfway down the hall. Mephiles finally pulled away and we panted. I saw him smirk and put his forehead to mine.
"If she sees us like this she'll kill you!" I whispered so Blaze wouldn't hear.
He only chuckled and said, "Then let's give her a show."
I opened my mouth to protest but Mephiles quickly kissed me and shoved his tongue into my mouth. My eyes grew wide from the surprise but I began to melt when I felt his tongue feeling around my mouth. I kissed back and wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. We were in a heated make out when I felt the room get extremely hot.
"SILVER!!"
Mephiles' POV
We broke from the kiss and Silver snapped his head over to the side to look back. I tilted my head down and looked over Silver's shoulder to see Blaze standing there with fire engulfing her hands. She was most likely beyond pissed right now.
I smirked when her eyes sent daggers at me. This is going to get interesting...
"What? Kitty mad cause she didn't get what she wanted?" I said in a baby voice. The fire on her hands only got more intense.
"Mephiles!!" Silver snapped his head to me but I paid no mind to him.
"SILVER IS MINE AND ONLY MINE!! I WON'T LET YOU TAKE HIM FROM ME EVEN IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO!!!" Blaze yelled.
She then charged and I reacted quickly by grabbing Silver from the counter and moving to another part of the kitchen. Blaze ran into the counter before snapping her head to me. Her pupils were slits. This is going to get violent...
I set Silver down and watched Blaze run at me again. She threw a few kicks and punches with her claws outstretched. They were easily dodged as I backed up to the kitchen door.
"C'mon! Can't you hit?" I said.
She lunged at me once more and I opened the door behind me. She went outside and I quickly followed. Blaze was getting up off the ground as I stood there with my arms crossed and a smirk plastered on my muzzle.
Silver's POV
I watched Mephiles run out after Blaze and panicked. Why is he doing this?! Why are they fighting?! I ran over and out the door to see Mephiles and Blaze fighting once more. This time more physical. Tears started to swell up in my eyes as I stood there frozen watching it all happen in front of me.
Mephiles kneed Blaze in the stomach and punched her. She flew back and hit a tree. Once she stood I could see blood dripping down her back. Blaze lunged at Mephiles and cut him across the face with her claws.
They continued to fight in my backyard as I continued to be paralyzed on my porch. This was my lover and best friend fighting over me! Tears streamed down my cheeks as I saw them try to kill one another.
Mephiles threw a punch, Blaze dodged and cut him across the chest. Blaze went for his chest again but was met with a fist to her face. She sent to kick his head and he fell to the ground from the force.
