Chapter 20

A week had passed since I had the argument with the boss. I was surprised he didn't fired me. Today I was going to go see him again,but this time I hope I will see his face. I left my office to go to his. 

“Come on in."

“I brought the report to you Sr."

“Bring it to my desk and leave."

This time he had his head looking down to a paper without looking at me.  I decided to throw the report at him to try to get his attention, but I was the one who got shocked as soon as he looked up.

“Why did.....  Ally is that you."

“Damian it this really you."

I had finally found Damian I couldn't believe I've been working here for almost a year, without knowing he was near me all this time.

“Oh my god, Ally were have you been, you have no idea how many times I've gotten out with the hope I would find you. Where's Faith?”

“Damian Faith and me are fine, we've been staying with an old lady that has been treating us like if we were her daughters."

“Ally all that is going to end,were living right now to go get Faith and thank her for everything she has done for you all."

“No Damian I can't leave that lady all alone she's already to old for her to be working. How is she going to work for a living."

“That's not a problem we can bring her with us to show her how thankful I'am for helping you."

We went for Faith and the lady, she accepted to come with us since she had gotten to attached with Faith. Damian and I were finally together without Jake trying to get Faith, nor me away from him. Damian and I gave Faith a little brother to years after we found each other. Things finally got better no more hitting nor crying for help. Being abused is one of the most horrible things that can happen to a person, I wouldn't want for this to happen to no one, nor my biggest enemy. Things like this would of been prevented if I had seeked for help on time. The end.
