Chapter 1

Introductions, Background and Inventory

The date is 17th of March 2015 and the day of the apocalypse has begun. My name is Kaz and I am a male and I am 19 years old and I am 5 foot 9 and I have short brown hair with natural blonde high lights, my eyes are blue and I am an average build and I am currently in England. There are 3 of us In total Myself, Akara (who is my crush) and my best friend Zak. Akara is a beautiful tanned British girl who I met in college.

She has long black hair and she is 5 foot 6 she is very toned and her voice is soft, she also has bright green eyes so describe her beauty I can only compare it to the moon when it is out fully in the sky.

Then there is Zak he is Polish but has been living in England for 4 years and was currently training to be a police officer. He is 6 foot 2 and has mid length blonde hair with a big scruffy beard, he has a scar on his left eye and his eye colour is brown and his voice is a little bit deeper than mine.

Akara and I was currently studying our level3 in child care we had the same dreams of becoming a teacher oh I forgot to mention Akara doesn't know about my crush on her so let's keep that to our selves for now huh... Anyways Akara is 18 she will be 19 in June the 3rd and Zak is 20 in December 21st.

Well it's time to move onto our inventory we have 2 loaves of bread and 11 bottles of water we're doing okay for supplies for now. For weaponry Zak has a Magnum .55 Magnum to be exact, he "borrowed" it from the police on his 5th day of training said they wouldn't miss or know about it. Akara has a long bow she bought it at a medieval fair a couple of years back she's tested it and used it before in a hunting it's made out of oak wood so it's fairly Dark and the string is strong as metal so the guy who sold it to her said. And me? Well I have a red crowbar that has a few dents in it I found it in the first few hours of the apocalypse.

We also have ammunition not a lot we have 24 bullets for the .55 Magnum plus 6 in the Magnum so that's 30 in total we also have 2 machine gun mags one is full the other is half full and 8 shot gun shells. Although we don't have a machine gun or shotgun if we come across any other survivors who are willing to trade we can trade ammo for ammo or trade for other supplies.

The last but not least the medical box we have 2 bandages ,7 plasters, 2 disinfectant bottles 1 bag of cotton balls and a bag of pins for bandages. We are doing well on surviving it has been 3 weeks since the outbreak.
