Distance - Marcus and Martinus

a couple nurses came bursting in through the door.
"hurry!! she is hot and not responding!!" i waved my hand to the nurses.
they crowded around her, one touched her forehead, then reaching in to a cabinet to grab a thermometer. the other nurse grabbed a cart that held a bag of liquids, and stuck a needle that was attached to the bag into her forearm. the other nurse quickly got water and rushed out of the room.
the nurse that had gotten the thermometer came over to me asked me to step outside.
as i stepped out the door, she closed it right behind me. and i was just standing alone staring into a door in a dark gloomy hall.
i gradually moved my sled towards an open chair in the hall and just sat. i didn't get out my phone or anything. i just sat.

couple 10 minutes or so, the nurse that had left the room before came running down the hall with a doctor.
i quickly pushed out of my chair.
"hello! will Karissa be okay? what is wrong?"
he stopped.
"she..."
"doctor please hurry!!" a nurse yelled from inside the room.
and at once he rushed in. again slamming the door and leaving me in darkness.
