It's like drowning. You can't breathe and you're going deeper and deeper under. Sometimes you manage to get a quick breathe of air before you are plunged back under. The pain is building and building up inside of you and you can't even scream. Occasionally, someone tries to help you. You grab their hand and they struggle to pull you out of the water . You get a breathe of air if you're lucky. But there is always that bit of water in your lungs you cannot get rid of. Often it pulls you back into the sea of your own sorrow. And the whole thing starts over.
