Part 28|The Apology||I'm Back!!!

"Damn it... he shouldn't have seen that. I Shouldn't have done that. I'm sorry I have to go this was a mistake....I'll see you soon Laurance." Aphmau grabbed for her bag and her jacket, before she could reach the door and hand grasped her wrist. 

"Aph don't go please...."he begged.

"Laurance I can't I'm sorry.." He didn't seem to take no for an answer so he took her by her waist and pulled her against his chest. He started kissing her.

This isn't how Laurance normally acts, which only led to one thought in her mind.

He was drunk

"Laurance let go! I need to find Aaron!" He didn't listen. Pulling away and fighting his grip she almost broke free, he hung on tighter.

"Just drink with me Aph.. please...?" He kissed her neck.

"Laurance! Stop it!"

"Aphmau! Please!" He yelled.

"Only ONE! And then let me go." She realized she wouldn't get her way unless she followed through with what he said.

She pulled away from him and began drinking but spit it out. "You happy?"

"Very" He smiled, but he was clearly not okay. Somewhere in his expression she saw fear, and anger.

"Listen..I have to go.....I'll be back." She bit her lip. He couldn't tell if she was lying or telling the truth after all he was drunk. 

 "Bye Laurance.."

"Aphmau please stay...with me...?"He grasped her wrist. She looked back for a moment and broke free from his hold and went looking for Aaron. 

"Aaron...Where could you be?" She pushed past the room full of people dancing and drinking. Until she reached the kitchen where she saw guests holding each other, they looked as if they were going to swallow each other. 

"Ugh, they are drunk." Aphmau muttered and walked past them. She pushed the door open that led to the backyard, where she found Aaron.

Aphmau's Point of View

...

"Aaron..." I whispered in a low tone. He ignored me, as If I wasn't there. Which I know I deserve.

"Aaron...please..."I said once more.

"You and him were kissing." He said his voice rather loud but hurt.

"I know... I'm so sorry I never meant for that to happen...Aaron please..." I hadn't noticed the tears escaping my eyes.

"I've known you for the longest time... and about now I'm starting to question whether I know the truth. Everything you said... That you love me? Was that a lie?" He looked up. We didn't meet eyes.

"It is true. I do love you and you know I would NEVER want to hurt you." My cries turned into sobs quickly. "Aaron...I'm sorry."
