In years of peace and civilization, it was very rare to come across a feud made by nothing but rage and anger. All people were at peace, none of them ever wanted to start a rivalry with another. Everyone was happy, they lived their lives without fear, instead they lived in confidence and equality.

The two biggest mountain ranges, one of the north-eastern region, and the other in the southern region. Those two were called the Overlook Mountains. It has been nicknamed so, because the north-eastern was home to the god of life and water who was named, Mederco (Me-dare-so), yet the other was ruled by a goddess of death and fire named Fougwei (Foo-wei).

The two deities had unspeakable power, ones that could not be obtained by a mortal. They had enough power to kill the other although as much of an opposite the god and goddess was, they themselves wanted no part in pain, agony, and war, so they kept their respects to the other and lived in peace.

To better protect the lives of the people and make it safer for them to live on their mountains, they manifested their bodies into stones that was impossible to find, making them not only rare, but beautiful and dangerous. They were indestructible, nothing could shatter it, unless its the power of itself. If any being were to obtain the stone and the powers that reside in it, it could result in the death of themselves, and the destruction in those around.

One day, a man from the north-eastern Overlook Mountains traveled to the southern range as a mission given by the king. As the man arrived, he noticed how amazing his sister civilization was. He had gotten to the entrance of the peak, where he snuck inside and explored a forbidden area. He was looking for a certain treasure, one that holds abilities and powers of forbidden magic, the Ruby that was laced with the spirit of the goddess.

He spent hours trying to find that treasure, until he finally found it. upon touch, the man could feel devastating magic enter through him. He fully grabbed the treasure, which was the heart of the mountain which belonged to the goddess, and completely transformed into a monster. None could stop him, and he reigned terror to the town, leaving destruction everywhere he went. By the time the man had left the town, he experienced great pain, thrashing and screaming through the silence of the night.

The ruby jewel shattered, leaving the man cold and limp, for the monster had drained the life of the poor mortal.

The remains of the stone released the goddess, who was angered by the abrupt awakening. She grew as big as legend has said, and made her way to her brother stone.

She destroyed anything she could touch, and everyone. She had not stopped until she made it to his stone, forcibly grabbing it and shattered it in her hand. As soon as the pieces hit the ground, he appeared, also enraged by the rude awakening.

A battle had been started between the two, and they were ruthless. They used their element on each other, disregarding the peace treaty that was formed between them all those years ago.

They created new landscapes, leveled smaller mountains, made valleys, destroying everything around them, only for it to be reformed into something new.

Their fight went on for thousands of years, generations even, and could only be stopped if the stones they resided in were fused together, or the same ones were recreated, and placed in the right mountain. Only then would the God and Goddess be called back and put into a slumber, never to be awaken again if to be undisturbed. Only a group could do that. Spiritual and elemental entities, who's names form into one could stop them.

They were called ToWeiKaFae.

They used the four elements to bring back the prison of the two.

Only one was successful.

They created a new stone and paced it in a better chamber, one that could not be reached by normal mortal beings. One that was deep underground.

After they could create the stone, they placed it in the highly secured chamber, and revived the stone.

Fougwei had stopped her destruction, turned, and headed away. Mederco left himself, but only to fix the land.

Fougwei traveled miles until she had reached the southern range, where she changed her size, She reached the top of the mountain, the surface right above the chambered stone, and vanished into mist.

That mist, flew with the air, changing the course against logic and traveled into the ground, making her way to the chambered Ruby, unable to ignore the call of her confinement. Mederco vanished into the sea floor, where he took up his own slumber, thinking that he had no reason to continue his reign on land. He made his way to the clearest part of the ocean floor, which had no rocks or coral, and created a portal-like mark, where he stepped into it and dissolved into the sand.

To this day, that stone still lays dormant, inaccessible by any human, creature, or monster. Mederco's Mark is visible, and had been undisturbed by the current of the water.

The legend had been passed down for centuries, leaving people to think if they could find out if the god and goddess was true. They had only found The God's Mark, but couldn't find the goddess' Ruby, no matter how much or how hard they tried.

People had been traveling for the Overlook Mountains to find a place to live. Many had made their lives upon the mountains, and had heard the betrayal of the God, which enraged the southern range, but the residents of the north-eastern range had disagreed with the southerners, and blamed it on the king of that time.

In such denial of each other, the ruined the peace and declared a feud to see who was right. The fight had went on for centuries, adding and losing recruits and their people. The fight goes on to this day, leaving no traces of ending.
