Leaving Fairy Tail

Lucy swung open the giant doors of the guild hall to find (mostly) everyone in the guild hall looking at her with disgust.  She looked down and made her way to Master Makarov office.

Then Lisanna stopped her by standing in front of her.

"Going somewhere, blond bimbo?"  Lisanna asked.

"Yes, if you would excuse me,"  Lucy said confidently, pushing her aside.  Then Lisanna stood there in shock since she never did that before.

Lucy made it to Makarov's office without getting herself injured.  She opens the door and let herself in.

"I would like to quit the guild."  Lucy asserted to Makarov.

"What?"  Makarov said in shock.  "Why?"

"I-it's because the guild has been treating me like trash and I can't handle it anymore."  Lucy blurted out.

"They have?!"  Makarov said, clearly he knows nothing about this.

"Yes, so remove my mark and I will take my leave,"  Lucy said firmly.

"As you wish..."  Makarov said sadly and removed her guild mark and released her from the guild.

"Thank you,"  Lucy said before running out of the guild hall in tears.

"What happened to her?"  Wendy asked, she clearly was still on Lucy's side.

"The pathetic bimbo probably got kicked out of the guild,"  Lisanna said in annoyance.

Then Makarov walked out of his office and into the main room of the guild hall.

"What happened to Lucy, Master?"  Wendy asked Makarov.

"She quit,"  Makarov said.  "It's because all of you brats have been treating her like trash!" He yelled to the guild putting them to shame.

"What?!"  Natsu yelled and started to run after Lucy.

-Back with Lucy-

Lucy quickly packed her things and leaving a note for the landlord, that she won't be coming back, and another for her guild mates.

Lucy exited her apartment with a small handbag and a pink suitcase full of her clothes and everyday essentials.  Then made her way to the clearing she met (Y/N) at, as the sun lowered itself in the sky.

-Back with Natsu-

Natsu furiously ran to Lucy's house to find it empty with 2 notes on the table.  One to the landlord and the other to the guild.  He brought the note for Fairy Tail back with him to the guild hall and read it to the rest of the guild, who were equally ashamed at what they did and upset she left.

Natsu read (I wonder if Natsu is smart enough to read):

Dear Fairy Tail,

You guys were my family and I will never forget that.  But you betrayed me more than I can count.  I could take it anymore so I left.  My whereabouts are unnecessary to say to you guys, but I promise I will come back stronger.  I have left with a powerful friend of mines.  Do not bother to come look for us.  We will be hidden away from the rest of society.  Please do not mourn about my disappearance.  Lisanna, you can have Natsu.  Natsu, have fun with Lisanna.  Erza, keep protecting everyone.  Wendy, stay kind.  Gray, stay loyal to the rest of the guild.  And everyone forgets about me and move on.

After Natsu read the note, everyone started to beat themselves up about what happened.  They also blamed Lisanna for her stupid idea of doing this.  And that day forward Fairy Tail was never the same again.
