Sitting in her office that smells of overpriced perfume looking at her face with heavy makeup on, and thinking about all those people he had seen outside he asked "So what sort of people are you looking fo-" "I'll ask the questions" she interrupted rudely "sorry" he answered. "What sort of work have you done in the past?" She asked " Carl thought to himself, is there anything I can say to make myself look good but he shook his head to himself self and said "worked in a few shops and really love computers". "Experience?" She asked "none" He said softly while swallowing his own sadness" "What do you enjoy about computers?" The woman said, Carl took a moment before he answered and thought about what his mum said "don't go lying it always catches up to you" he decided to go with what his mum had said and said confidently "social media and games!" "I'll let you in the morning come back then" she said calmly. On the bus home he felt rather upset because he thought the job was not his and he had to disappoint his mother again. When he got home he told his mother he aced it and he was tired and wanted to go to bed. So that's what he did he got changed watched a movie and slept. When he woke up, he opened his computer and saw he had another message from Kerris: "sure ok.. I'll ring you tomorrow to say when to come."
Carl didn't answer. He yawned, stretched and pulled himself out of bed went downstairs and had his porridge as usual.
