Alton tried to reach out for me but August pulled me back and then his hand moved for Aiden and Aiden wrapped his hands around August neck putting his head on his shoulder.

We walked back into the dining room; I was still in shock that he actually came back. I never wanted to see him again and images of that day was floating in my head. August set next to me with Aiden on his lap he held me in his arms and continuously kissed the top of my head. Everyone were in their own conversation and I couldn't even say a word.
"Are you gonna eat ma, you hardly ate anything. Please eat" August whispered in my ear. "No I'm okay I need to lay down" I said

I walked upstairs and went to my room. I laid down on my bed and I just cried. I know you thinking why did it affect me so much.
