It took ten days before Kazuki finally decided it was time to visit his victim. He had been doing research for his recipe when curiosity got the best of him and he researched how long it took before starvation sat in. He didn't want Kaneko to die before he could properly play with her. On the tenth day when she would be begging for food, Kazuki finally walked up the stairs and turned on the light with a plate of food.

He smiled his usual charming smile as light flooded the room and Kaneko was closing her eyes at the brightness. "Hello, Kaneko. I thought you'd be hungry. Such a shame you've been up here all this time without food or drink." He sat the tray of food down in front of her and reached up to remove the gag from her mouth. Instantly she began screaming with all the energy she had left.

"Shut up." He snapped quickly. "I've been preparing this food for you, and all you do to thank me is to scream? I could take it back downstairs and let the starvation process finish. I don't have to be nice like this."

Kanko stopped screaming and stared at him. Was he being serious? This was being nice? She hadn't even taken the time to look at the food despite how hungry she was. She would eat anything at this point, and that's exactly what Kazuki had been hoping for.

"That's better." He picked up the tray and looked at her. On the tray were two things: a glass filled with blood and a cooked hand, both given to him so graciously by Naora. He smiled sweetly again. "Now, I will untie you so you can eat, but I will be staying right here to make sure you don't try to get away. Can you do that for me? Behave?" He looked at her seriously. With a hesitant nod, Kaneko quietly looked back. Maybe she could catch him off guard and make a run for it, but she highly doubted it. She didn't know what he was capable of, but apparently, it was enough to where he could obtain a human hand.

The ropes were taken away from her wrists, but her ankles stayed bound. He wasn't dumb enough to let her go completely. If she tried to get away, she'd either have to hop or drag herself, and she wouldn't get very far doing either of those actions.

He sat the tray on her lap and looked at her expectantly. "Eat." It was the only word that came out of his mouth before he walked to the table behind her and grabbed a mallet, just in case she decided she was going to try and get away. He moved back around her and stood at the top of the stairs, watching her.

Kaneko eyed the tray. The human hand had been cooked almost as if it were chicken. It was seasoned with something and made to look as if it were actually supposed to be edible. She guessed it was, right? It was disgusting and made her stomach churn, but it was all she had. She sat in that room for ten days without any food or even a drink. She could feel death approaching her, and if she didn't eat something, she was going to die right there in that chair. She didn't want to die. Maybe there was a way to convince Kazuki to let her go. Maybe this is what he was going to do, then he'd let her go. She was delusional, and she knew it.

She picked up the hand despite every inch of her body screaming at her to put it down. No, this wasn't meant to be eaten. This wasn't right, but she dug her teeth into the flesh anyways. It was disgusting, it tasted horrible no matter how much seasoning it had been cooked in. She knew what it was, and that thought wouldn't leave her head.

Kazuki smiled as he watched. He had expected more of a reaction out of her. Never did he expect her to actually eat the food so willingly, but there she was, eating one of the fingers. Starvation was a hell of a torture. She was so desperate for food that she'd eat the first thing sat in front of her no matter how disgustingly wrong it was. And it didn't matter if she ate it or not because he had other plans for her as well. This wasn't all he had up his sleeve, and Kazuki loved to play.

He could hear the sounds of the flesh being torn apart, although it was quiet. It didn't matter as long as he was able to hear it to some degree. This was perfect. She was listening to what he had said and obeying, and she hadn't tried to get away. Kaneko was the ideal victim, although it would have been interesting if she had at least attempted to get away, but that would have only ended his fun before it could really get started.

He crossed his arms over his chest as she began drinking the blood. It was gross, and she began gagging. The taste in her mouth was making her want to vomit, but she used every inch of will she had to keep it down. She didn't want to throw up the little bit of food she was given. Her stomach needed the so-called food, so she closed her eyes and put her mind somewhere else as she finished eating and drinking the terrible meal she had been given.

As soon as she was finished, the tray was taken away and her arms were bound behind her back again tightly.

"You're disgusting."

Her voice cut through the quiet room as she stared at him. Her eyes were filled with tears, and she fought with herself to not let them fall. She didn't want him to know she was as affected as she was, but it was useless. She just ate part of another human being, and who knows what Kazuki had done to them in order to get their hand.

"I am?" Kazuki looked at her incredulously. "I'm not the one who just ate a human hand." He tsked her before he put the gag in place again. He wasn't going to let her sit there and insult him after he had been so nice as to give her a nice home-cooked meal that he had put so much time and thought into.

He shook his head at her and sighed. Some people just couldn't be thankful for the hard work other's put in for them. It took hours for him to properly cook that meal, and he'd been saving that hand and the blood for someone special enough to have it. He didn't have to let her have it, and she didn't even finish it. It was unfortunate because that was the only food and drink she would ever be given. It's not like he had another hand or another body part that he could cook. He hadn't thought about using more of Naora's body to feed to his victims, but now the idea was old, and her body was buried.

"I'll be back to play with you later. Get some rest after that meal." Kazuki smiled and headed down the stairs. This time he left the light on so she could see the rest of the hand as a reminder of what she had done.

The tears in her eyes finally broke free as they cascaded down her cheeks.

That man was completely sick.
