Beach Meeting (A Percabeth Fanfic)

In this story they are not yet dating.

Annabeth and Percy have known each other since they were 12. And they're 16 now. They developed their feelings for each other, but they did not reveal it. Will they say it each other or keep it as a secret?

ANNABETH'S POV

I was in my cabin reading "The Hunger Games", by the way its a really nice book. So when the horn blew, I immediately stood up and went to the pavilion. When I was about to sit on my table, someone called me. 

"Hey Annabeth" called a deep and masculine voice that I always have loved.

Percy.

"Oh, Hey Percy" I turned to greet him.

"So umm do you have something to do tonight?" He asked nervously. "Umm..... no why?" I asked "Oh, so maybe...you know...we could hang out o the beach later? you know....after lunch?"he asked me with a hopeful smile on his face. "Uhh...sure pick me up at my cabin?" I told him "Great! pick you up later. Bye!" said the son of the sea god walking to his table. "Yeah. Bye!" I said waving at him.

After that, I just sat on my table thinking about later and why was Percy so nervous about asking me? I mean, yeah, he never asked a girl before, but all girls (I mean Aphrodite girls) at camp are drooling over him. Of course girls would do that because of his six pack abs he developed during training and during our fight in the Titan war (we won by the way ), his cute jet black hair, perfect tan, and of course his gorgeous sea green eyes. Oh and may I just say I am in love with him. Yes you heard it right, I AM IN LOVE WITH PERCY JACKSON. I know you're wondering why a daughter of Athena is in love with a son of Poseidon. Sure they're rivals, but that does not mean their children can't love each other right? Anyway, I developed my feelings for him because his strong, funny, and always at my side. He's my bestfriend, and that's why I didn't told him what I feel because I'm worried it might ruin our friendship. And no one knew except Thalia and Grover.

After lunch I walked out of the pavilion and went to my cabin, getting ready for my 'meeting' later with Percy.
