The views of the ark angel

"So.... how do I say this.... my life is an absolute mess. My school have told my dad about my depression, I've been bullied all my damn life and.... I.... I can't take this anymore, there's no point living.... this is my final goodbye."

You know, being the ruler of hell, the gatekeeper of all things dark, disturbing and creepy if you will, you'd expect me to be used to reading these kind of letters, normally I am, but this time, something didn't feel right. I felt like this child was wasting a meaningful yet chaotic life by ending it all of a sudden. I watched this note be written by a scar ridden child, his entire arm, blood red with line after line of razor blade dashes going up and down his arm, some fresh, some dried up and old. Although he has this oh so tragic depression.... there's one other thing about this boy.... a more psychotic side.

I watched him all his life, everyday thinking of the ways he would slaughter those he hated, day by day planning the demise of countless people, he also planned his own demise sometimes, but.... despite that, I think his mind set would be that of a murderous mastermind. "I think it's time for old Lucifer to make some deals."

"So my preparations are done, I know my offer, time to pay the kid a visit." I explained this to Belial, who I left in charge of hell while I was away. However, just before I left I had a bit of talk with... daddy, ugh I can't stand that stuck up moron.
"Lucifer, you can't do this, it could cause chaos upon the entirety of earth." I laughed more than when I witnessed Hitler fail during world war 2, that idiot couldn't lead a army of soldiers if his life depended on it. My answer to my father was simple..."Oh father.... You know I loooove chaos." Before he could say anything I flew off to earth, in the background I could hear my old man shouting at me to return to hell immediately, yeah like I'm listening to that old fool.

My journey to the overworld was quite intriguing. Firstly, my father, for those of who don't know who that is, its God, left two bulky angels in front of the gates of hell,just to make sure I couldn't leave, my dad however, always forgets that hell....is my home turf. The guards were, shall we say.... sorted out quickly, there will just be a couple of feathers in the lava pit for a while. As soon as they were out of my way, the gates were open, and I was out of there before you could say "so long hell". But let's be honest, do you really think my father is just going to let me have a vacation from hell that easily? Do you really think he's just going to give up stopping me there and then? COURSE NOT, HE'S THE BANE OF MY BLOODY EXISTENCE, OF COURSE HE WON'T LET ME LEAVE!

Every damn exit from hell I could find, he closed, and I thought I was meant to be the mean one. After 5 minutes of trying to leave,I finally managed to outwit the fool and leave, I finally hit the overworld.... and I nearly vomited. All the joy and happiness, absolutely putrid. I had to make some mischief,the bonus is that no one knew I was here, I was invisible to everyone, oh happy days.

Before nightfall, I made someone crash into a lamp post with there car, caused a young girl to go insane, gave a boy depression, it was that bad he eventually hung himself,(and much more), you know.... the fun stuff. As night fell I started hunting this boy down, looking for him left right and center, it took me a while but I finally found him, I flew into his room, still invisible to the world. Now there's one ability I love using, tinkering with people. I worked it so oy he could see me, then I awoke him with an all mighty.... BOO! His reaction was priceless, no idea what to say at all, if only I could have recorded it. WHO IN THE HELL ARE YOU" he screamed. "The ruler of it my dear boy" I answered, he smiled, knowing what I am cable of, and oh boy was our conversation fun.
