A/n: It's around Christmas for your first part .Your in the orphanage in Mateli.
Shadow's Pov:
(flash back)
"Laurence, Cadenza time to come in."Shadow yelled. "Awww whyy sissy." The small children whined. "well i guess you won't get the treats i made for everyone." Shadow said with a smirk. "YAY!" the two children cheered as they walked in the orphanage. As Shadow walked in she herd a voice that made her day worse. "MRS. ZVHAL"That voice sounded like nails on a chock board. " Yes ma'm" "There's some one to see you""Surprising"She mumbled under her breath. "ok" She said while walking away. She HATED seeing people, the last time she seen someone they turned her into the monster she is now but she met someone named Rose. "Well Shadow nice to see you." The voice stopped her out of her thoughts. "Look I don't want to be here but he wanted me to check on you Shadow" He continued. "Well you checked on me now you can leave, besides I have to take care of the kids here."She said sternly while walking away.
(Time skip because of Lazy Author~sama, now its christmas)
"Wake up sissy." Cadenza wined. As shadow fluttered her eyes open she saw Cadenza. " Im up" Shadow mumbled under her breath. She got up and started making breakfast. "Sissy" cadenza said "hm" shadow mumbled half asleep" Its Christmas, can we open our presents?" " Yeah"

She smiled at the Children's excitement. the children were under the tree and they picked out their presents. Lawrence was the first one to pick out his present, he opened it up and he got a emerald sword and shield. Cadenza was next. She got a sewing machine and Her eyes sparkled like stars. The kids love their presents that they got. After that they went to the kitchen and had a Christmas feast.
