"Come over," a voice whispered. A gentle breeze blew into the living room, sending chills down Jenny's spine. She stilled for a moment before turning up the volume on her television to reassure herself. Browsing through the TV guide, she thought, "Wow I didn't know dad subscribed to so many channels!"

While watching, she began to drift in and out sleep. Suddenly, the character on television stilled. He slowly turned his head to face Jenny. He wore a mask of happiness and he uttered the words she dreaded to hear, "Come over... Jenny."

His voice woke her up from her sleepy stupor and shocked her to the core. She whipped her head to look at the television. However, everything was normal. The programme resumed as if there were no sudden disturbances. She went to the kitchen to pour herself a glass of cold water to keep herself sane.

Seeing as she had enough of creepy things happening to her, she turned off the television and tried to reassure herself.

"No creepy things, no creepy things. I'm just imagining it all. Nothing to be afraid of!" Chanting this mantra all throughout her short walk from the living room to her bedroom.

While walking quickly, she heard a slam against the living room window. She stood rooted to the ground. Should she be brave and check out what that was or should she just run and hide under her covers? Her thoughts were interrupted when she yawned - and quite loudly I must add. "Aww fuck it. What the hell?" She mused and decided to head to bed. Before she could even move, a crow cawwed loudly beside the same window where the slamming sound was.

Feeling very irritated, she marched towards the window. "Can't a girl get some slee-" she was frozen. She couldn't move. There were alarms going off in her head telling her to wake her parents or her older brother. But she couldn't. Before her, stood the character from the TV programme she was watching. How could this be? She lived on the 22nd level! No one stand right outside the window unless... "Come over. " As he commanded, black clumpy liquid began oozing out from his eyes and his mouth. The sight was so disgusting that she, despite being very terrified, took this opportunity to slam open her window and vomited all over that thing!

Poor guy. I know I definitely wouldn't want to be in his shoes!

"Fuuuuuck yoouuuuu...." the thing whispered angrily. She quickly locked her windows while the thing dissolved under her vomit, never to return.
