UnWrapping Tattle Tail

(Is it wrong to give an annoying furby a bit of personality?)

I was comfortably wrapped in my (f/c) sheets when my watch beeped loudly, I pressed the side and looked at the glowing screen that read in big red text: *Task: Find Your Christmas Presents Early* I blinked at it and shrugged.
I took of the covers of my bed and quietly walked down the hall.
Not wanting to wake up mom and dad I took the stair way to the basement, that's usually where parents hide Christmas presents right?

I blinked my eye trying to adjust to the darkness of the basement and continued.
I stepped behind a corner until...wait are those? Christmas presents?! "YASS!!! HAHA!" I giggled loudly, my watch beeped again with a yellow megaphone, "Oh right...." I sighed and stepped forward.

I took the box top off the present then took out another box that read 'Tattle Tail' on it. I smiled and began to take out the purple furby creature,

"Mmm me Tattle tail!" My watch showed the yellow megaphone but I ignored it and hugged the purple tattletail "Hiya tattle tail! I'm (Y/n)" I smiled as it began to talk again "(Y/n) Is best friend to tattle tail!" He spoke, I smiled and hugged it tighter, I smiled as I walked up the steps.

I walked back upstairs into the kitchen and opened the fridge to feed tattle tail, "Br-ush me! Br-ush me! Br-ush me!" He sad as I stepped into living room and lightly began to brush tattle tail.
"(Y/n) is best friend to tattle tail!" He said again. My watch showed another text *wrap Tattle Tail Back Up* it wrote as I nodded and headed back downstairs towards the empty box. I looked at tattletail as his expression showed fear only for a moment. I smiled and hugged him again as I shrugged at him reassuringly that nothing will happen, not at least with me around to protect this lil furby creature.

"Mamas gonna find us (y/n)!" He shuddered fearfully as I kept him close to my chest.
"Its dark (y/n)!" Tattle tail started to shiver slightly "Its OK tattle tail I'll be here" I told him as he smiled.

I stepped toward the box and I hugged Tattle Tail.
"Tattle Tail Go Home (y/n)" tattle tail sighed as I nodded and sat him gently inside the box and wrapped him back up.
I noticed something glowing in in another room, "What the?" I opened the laundry room door and noticed an easter egg on the dryer. "Oh?" I opened it up and stuffed it into my pocket and lifted the flash light (you have about three eggs now....👍) and shook it. The lights soon went out and I stood completely still 'Oh come on!!!' I thought as they went back on and I ran upstairs. The phone started to ring loudly 'Don't Answer The Phone' my watch read as I nodded and headed to bed.
An egg sat on my dresser as I opened it up and stuffed the other 3 in my drawer.
