Save Me ( Bucky fanfiction)

Chapter 5

Bucky's point of view

I just finished reading the letter and I am pissed. How dare they take Zoe I only left to protect her and now shes in more danger then she was before. I need to save her just like she saved me.

Zoe's point of view
I woke up to see I'm laying down in a white dirty gown on a cot. I sat up to see a door, I got up and started to run over to the door, but before I could make it out my leg was pulled back by something. When I looked down I saw a chain around my ankle. I bent down to see if I could get it undone but before I could do that I heard a noise down the hall. I slowly started to back up to where the cot I woke up on and looked around the room to find a place to hide I couldn't find anything so I went under the cot. I stayed under the cot until I heard footsteps. The footsteps became louder and louder until there were feet seen in my room meaning someone was in my room. I tried as hard as I could not to make my position noticeable. I covered my mouth to quiet my raged breathing. The person kept walking till they were in the middle of the room I was in. The feet then ran over to the cot and pulled me from under it. I screamed and started hitting the person. They only caught my hands then slapped me across the face. I stopped screaming then looked at the man. The man had brown hair and blue eyes. He then grabbed my chin roughly and said
" Don't do anything stupid or you will be hurt and I honestly don't care about you at all so don't except anything less then you deserve." He said with a monotone expression. He then throw me to the ground and said
" Your food should be ready soon."
The man then walked out and locked the door. I started crying and curled into a ball
" Please come back, Bucky."
I say as my vision starts to blur and then fade to black.

Bucky's Point of View
I have been slowly walking toward the old Shield building. I was trying to make a plan to save Zoe and keep her save from them for the rest of her life. I knew I need to sacrifice myself to keep her safe, but I knew she would be upset. I got the old Shield building and I walked in and saw Crossbones standing there making it look like he was there waiting for me to get there. I walked next to him and we started to head to the stairs. Both of us walked down to the basement. Once we got to the basement there was cages all along the wall with people in them begging for me to let them free. It reminded me of me when I was captured and used. At the very end of the hall there was an open space where there was dried blood on the floor. Crossbones and I got to the middle of the room when I saw a man at the edge of the room. He looked like Johann Schmidt but that would be impossible. He should be dead. The man then said
" I'm shocked you didn't bring any weapons or anything. You really do want to save that girl don't you. Crossbones, go get the girl."
Crossbones nodded and then walked from by my side to the left of me. I then heard a metal door unlocked and a high pitch scream. I started to run toward the man grabbed me with his elbows around my armpits. He then kicked the back of my knees, so I fell to the ground. I struggled to go save Zoe. I then saw two figures struggling. One of the figures that resembled Zoe hit Crossbones in the gut then tried to run back to the room she was in when she stopped suddenly. She then slowly came out of the darkness. I saw all the blood on her face. She started crying and then ran over to me. The man let go of me and backed up. Zoe and I hugged for a long time while she cried into my shirt. We were then pulled away by Crossbones and the man who said, " That's enough!"

Then a group of Hydra agents came and dragged Zoe to a chair with chains on them as she was thrashing and yelling. I ran to stop them when two Hydra agents came to hold me back. The man proceeded to say, " My name is Johann Schmidt... But i'm pretty sure you knew that already."

While Johann was talking he was walking toward Zoe and to where she was chained. He then continued, " I heard that our most valuable asset had just became unstable so I came to see what was wrong... Once I got here I realized that he had saved Steve Rogers and he needed to be recaptured and taught a lesson. Now we are here."

I stood there and realized what he was about to do and I became furious. I then punched the guy holding my left arm and then upper cut the other guy and grabbed a handgun from one of the guys. I then stood back up and shot Johann right between the eyes and Crossbones in the chest. I then ran over to Zoe and undid the chains holding her. After I undid the chains, Zoe jumped up and gave me the biggest hug. I hugged her back and was about to pull away when I felt wetness on my shoulder. I saw that Zoe was crying again and I couldn't help but wipe her tears away and give her a kiss on the lips.

Zoe's Point of View

As soon as Bucky undid the binds holding me I gave him the biggest hug of my life and I felt him hug me back. I then started to cry and as soon as my tears hit Bucky's shirt he pulled away from the hug and wiped my tears away. I then felt pressure on my lips and I saw that Bucky was kissing me. At first I just stood there and then I started to kiss back forgetting everything that had happened with Hydra and my family. Until we both pulled apart for air, I smiled up at Bucky until I felt an intense pain in my abdomen. I looked down to see a cloud of red spread across my grey t-shirt. I then fell from Bucky's arms onto the floor. I then saw Bucky run over to Crossbones and shoot him twice in the head. Bucky then ran over to me and put pressure on my wound and kept telling me that everything was going to be okay, when in fact even I knew I would probably die the bullet I was shot with most likely hit a kidney meaning I didn't have much time left. I looked up at Bucky to see him crying and keep saying that I would live. I then put my hand on his cheek and said, "Hey it's okay you don't have to cry. I know it doesn't seem fair but I don't think i'm going to make it Buck..."

I saw him start to cry more and then my vision went to blurry and then to darkness.
