When the family arrived back to the White House even though it was dark out there we're still reporters waiting outside their gate.
After they got inside Jackie and Jack got the kids ready for bed. Maud Shaw escorted Caroline and John ro their rooms (Even though John threw a tantrum) and tucted them in while, Jack and Jackie put Finnley and Amelia into their vribs in their nursery and went off to bed.
The image of Jackie's dream starts in Dallas. BAM. The first shot. Jack grabbed his neck and devoloped a puzzeled look on his face. BAM. The second shot Nellie Conally pulls her husband down onto her lap. BAM.The last shot. Jacks head years apart in slow motion and Clint jumps on the back of the motorcade as it races towards the hospital.
"JACK! " Jackie jumped up in a start with sweat running down her face.
" Kid I'm right here what's wrong, what happened? "
" Oh bunny" Jackie sobbed into her husbands shoulder. " It happened again. I relived Dallas all over again! " By now Jackie could hardly get a word out.
" Jackie I'm here, I'm right here it's okay. I'm here, I'm here. " The way he said this while rubbing Jackie's back reassured her as she went back to bed.
The Next Morning
"Feeling okay kid? " Jack asked her as he came into her study to check up in her.
" Yeah, last night I woke up a couple more times but I knew you we're by me so it was easier to fall asleep. "
Pierre came in and told Jack he was needed so the shared a quick kiss and Jack headed down the halls to the Oval Office.
On his way there Pierre told Jack
"The truth is you have an unexpected visitor sir, they say it's urgent. "
