I waited on my porch for hours knowing that today was the day Danny would come back. I paced around, not knowing exactly how long it took go get from California to Idaho.
Soon i heard a car driving down the old dirt road and turn up my long driveway. I jumped up and ran off the deck to great him. He got out of the car and ran to me. He was taller, of course. His dark hair fell on his forehead, and his eyes were framed in glasses. He wore a white t shirt and blue jeans with brand new looking sneakers. I jumped into his arms and we gave each other a huge hug.
"I missed you so much" i said as tears sprung to my green eyes.
"Youre so beautiful! You got so tall, i missed you much more!" He blushed and said looking at me.
We sat on the porch and caught up. We went for a ride down to the creak, and looked at the neighbor's horses.
"I hope you know i missed you alot," he said. And i said i had as well. He put his hand on my face and looked into my eyes. Then he slowly kissed me.
