tyler and his bestfriend, jenna were at their daily walk around the park with crooked branches and the fog escaping tylers lips as he exhales into the winter air. his parents had left the boy to stay in a home full of other teens because the thought of theirs son liking boys was seen as if he were a psycho maniac, also because tyler was mute. "i heard you were getting a new roomie, any info on him?" jenna asks, nudging tylers elbow lightly and smiling. the brunet haired boy stayed silent, and wrote on the small whiteboard he carried around. 'cut it out jen' he wrote as jenna giggled and put an arm around him. what would i do without jenna he thought to himself. "we should head back, i dont want you missing lunch hun." he nodded at her statement.
"i'll see you tomorrow ty, we're going to play bingo!" she said slightly enthusiastically. 'love you jen, see you tomorrow and please drive safely', he quickly scribbled on his board. they hugged and jenna was on her way. tyler went back to his room and say on his bed and traced over his bedspread that were covered in daisies. they were his favorite flower.

tyler was excited that he would not be alone. he's been alone for a long time.

tyler had no other friends besides jenna, since he was mute. nobody knows the story why.
hopefully his new roommate understands.
