POV: Poison Ivy

I sat down next to Harley, I noticed she had two scars, not one. "Um...Harley, did the Joker do that to you?" I pointed at her scars, but she just looked down. "Why do you like him, Harley? Tell me if he is hurting you and I-" Harley looked at me with a hurt look.

"Mr. J doesn't hurt me! He loves me! I know he does..." she said, looking down at the ground. I can tell Harley has a good heart and I don't want that old Joker breaking it. Is it just me or does she look a little young for him? Here I thought that no one would ever love or at least like the Joker.

I put my hand on her shoulder, "ok, but if he ever does something to you, you're always welcome." She looked up at me with a smile and hugged me.

POV: Harley

As I talked with red, my phone started ringing. I picked it up and looked at the caller ID.

"Oh, hiya Mr. J!"

"Harley! Why aren't you home yet?"

I bit my lip and looked at red. Then I said, "oh um, I'm still at Ivy's place-"

"Come home now!!!" He yelled before hanging up.

I hung up and looked at red, "Mr. J wants me back home, bye-bye red."

I got up and rushed out of her house.

When I entered my house, Mr. J looked at me, anger in his eyes. I frowned and said, "I'm sorry puddin', I didn't know you wanted me home right away."

He walked up to me and grabbed the horns of my jester hat and yelled, "of course I wanted you to come home straight away!"

I flenched at his sudden outburst and stumbled on my words, "s-sorry puddin'." He threw me to the ground and yelled, "don't call me puddin'!"

I got up and ran into the bathroom. I locked the door and fell to my knees crying.

I woke up on the bathroom floor, my face covered in dry tears. I heard banging on the bathroom door, oh no. I slowly got up and slowly opened the door, "y-y-yes M-Mr. J?" My fear faded away when I heard red's voice. I opened the door and felt tears roll down my face as she hugged me.

POV: Poison Ivy

When I left Harley's place, I set off the find the Joker. That jerk needs to be told a lesson. I don't care if I get hurt, I'm willing to get hurt for Harley.

When I found my target, I grew a big vine out of the ground, making it wrap around the Jokers's body. He struggled and kept yelling and cursing. I crossed my arms and walked out into his view.

He frowned, "what the hell are you doing, Ivy!" I frowned and yelled, "you don't deserve Harley! If you're going to be mad at someone, it should be me!" I flung my vine with a flick of my wrist. The Joker went flying and fell to the ground with a loud, thud.

Trust me, I could do worse, but I need to save my energy. I turned and started to walk away when I heard that deep and sexy voice. I turned and said, "why, hello, batman!"
