As I endlessly gazed the bathroom mirror, I couldn’t help but smile contently. Jimin finally made the move! Now I finally knew how he felt and couldn’t help but tremble in excitement at what was going to happen next.
I’m ready for this, and I’m in love with this boy. Nothing can change what I feel for him. I will not let anything get in the way of something that truly makes me happy.
I starred at the mirror again. Did I make the right decision with Jimin? I know he changed, but what if he goes back to how he was when I first met him. I barely know who Jimin is. Maybe Jimin is a dad. Maybe a psychopath o-or maybe a murderer. Why am I so paranoid? I need to trust Jimin and remember that he has changed. I take a deep breath and slowly take myself out the bathroom.
“You’re such a pussy, you know.”“Shut up, I’m not!” Jimin said, I assumed based on their voice. I take a peek at our mini kitchen and caught Jimin talking with Taehyung. I watched Jimin eyebrows knotted in frustration and irritation.
Taehyung laughed, “Tensed up, aren’t we, lover boyyyyy.” he dragged the word boy in teasing manner. “Is Jimin finally unleashing his inner femininity? You got no jam dude.” Taehyung patted Jimin’s shoulder.
From where I was watching, I could feel Jimin penetrating death glare at his best friend, which caused Taehyung to hold up his hand in surrender. “Jeez, calm your tits. Stop looking at me like I killed your bitch.”
“You’re my bitch.” Jimin smirked.
“I am straight.” Taehyung protested while crossing his arm on his body.
A chuckled escaped my lips, causing the boys attention directed towards me.
“Hey” I wave my palm shyly towards them.
“How long were you standing there?” Jimin left eyebrow perks, his eyes filled with accusation.
I frowned, “Relax. I just got here.” i tried looking casual as I examined my nails.
“Besides, its not like I would tell anyone about your inner femininity, anyway.” I continued keeping a poker face, biting my lips fighting to smile.Jimin’s face was priceless.
Taehyung laughed and I followed after. “Man, I- all of us, definitely going to miss you for the next couple of days, Cher. Life not amusing enough without you around now.”
My eyebrows ceased in confusion, “You all going somewhere?”
Taehyung nodded, “All seven of us are heading off soon.”
I let out a disappointed look. “Wait, really?”
Taehyung pointed towards Jimin, “We all could sangs. We joined a singing championship every year. The place takes a day and a bit to drive there. We probably camp a few night on our way there, before headed home.”
“Sounds fun.” I let out short, trying to not looked disappointed. Obviously, I failed.
“Wanna come?” Taehyung invited me, “Surely the guys would be happy to have you join us.”
I was about to replied but Jimin cut through me with a harsh no. “She’s not coming.”
I was taken aback. It was almost as his words had physically hurt me.
Trying to keep my cool and not affected, “Chill, I wasn’t going anyway. I know when I’m not wanted.” With that I stormed to our small living room and met other four member playing and chatting with each other.
I then went to our bed. By the time I got there, I was burning. What a jerk. He didn’t have to be such a dick. I thought he changed. So what if they were having a road trip. Not like I ever went one tho. I could only ever dream of going on one. But I get it. He doesn’t want me there. I would only be intruding, Nothing but trouble for them. Especially to Jimin, the boy who I was madly in like on, who clearly doesn’t want me near him. Maybe he thinks I’ll embarrass him. Jerk.
“You know, you’re cute when you’re angry.”
I spun around to see Jimin, who was leaning on the room door with his smirk planted on his face.
I rolled my eyes and turned back, ignoring his existences.
What does he want now?
I felt wind blows, tickling my ear, as he bought his lips to my ear, “Are you mad at me, princess?”
He trapped me with his arm. He was basically hugging me from the back. He then comfortably rested his chin on my shoulder having our cheek almost touching.
“Not mad.” I softly shook my head, “Hurt.”
Second later he picked me up onto the study table and met his gaze, allowing us to stare each other, as if we were memorizing every aspect and detail of each other’s faces.. My heart rapidly pounded against my chest.
“I’m sorry.”
My lips parted in shock, did he just-
Did he really just apologize?
Feeling my cheek burning, I looked away, nodding.
“You know, if only you’d listen on why I didn’t want you to come-”
I cut him mid-sentence, “It’s okay. I understand. You don’t have to explain everything. I was just offended by how rude and blunt you were when--” The reminder of my sentence were cut when Jimin put his finger over my lips, shushing me.
“Dang princess. You’re dramatic.” He muttered, “I want you around.”
“Then what?” I questioned back.
He chuckled at my sudden outburst, “I didn’t want you to get pressured.”
He exhaled and averted his gaze to the wall, “I just pictured that you would get pressured and stressed out if you saw how intense the championship were. There’s a lot good singer participating, and I don’t want you to get worried of us.” He looked away, embarrassed.
I reached up and touched his cheek, making him looking at me. Instead of letting go, my fingers lingering on his soft cheek. Me looking at him and to his eyes, as if I was signaling for him to make a move.
Jimin leaned in and was just about to kiss me, but again, as if life always find way to interrupt us.
“Cherry?”
Jimin pulled away, cursing under his breath, I got off the study table, and straightening my skirt, before meeting the gaze of Seokjin.
“Do interrupting our moment have become you guys hobbies?” Jimin scowl.
“Yes, Seokjin? You’re asking for?” I asked him.
“Oh, hey. Um, I was wondering, where did you put the ingredient. I want to make lunch for all of us while we’re here. The boys are hungry and Hoseok said he’s going to die if I don’t cook fast.” He chuckled remembering Hoseok immature act.
I gave an apologetic look at Jimin, as I walked to the kitchen behind Seokjin to help him cook. As we arrived at the mini kitchen, I saw four lost kitten, who am I kidding, kitten? More like four lost wolves looking hungry as hell.
