Alright then. So far I haven't been able to get the tickets to see 1D at the patriot center, :( but i'm hoping for the best! I'm still glad that they're selling so well. Anyway, i hope this chapter will be a bit longer than the others. It better, it took up over eight pages in my notebook. And you'll get a mini- lesson on C.P.R.!  And i know that this isn't very realistic, but don't get your knickers in a twist it's Fan Fiction not Fan Realistic Fiction. If you want realistic fiction, don't come to me. I'm often off in my own little world....... BACON!!!!

                                                                           Amber's P.O.V.

I don't have much choice here, do I? *Everyone: Nope!* Fine...

As i fell, there were only two things going through my head. The first thing was how stupid i felt. I had just convinced my best friends and favorite band of all time to jump out of an airplane that was being flown by a trigger- happy psychopath. 'Great job Amber,' I thought, 'Mom and Dad are gonna kill you if this doesn't work. Of course, that won't matter much, cause if this doesn't work you'll already be DEAD! Oh, let's jump out the door it'll be fun! Wonderful, absolutely fabulous idea!'

The second thing was the song 'Free Fallin' by Tom Petty. I really hate how my mind works sometimes.

Although we made sure to time our jump so that we were close enough to the water to avoid any serious injury, the fall seemed to last forever.

When I finally hit the water, I almost breathed a sigh of relief. Almost.  Luckily i remembered just in time that, as much as I loved swimming, I WAS NOT A FISH and I unfortunately could not breathe underwater. I kicked my legs and burst out of the water.

I looked around and saw Sarah and Daryn already swimming towards me.

"Are you alright?" we all asked at once. Despite our situation, we laughed. We really need to stop saying things at once! *Niall: You do! It's kind of frightening, really.* Of course, it's not like you guys ever say anything at the same time! *Boys: We do not!* Mm Hm. My point has been proven. Your arguments are invalid.

I heard splashes behind us. We turned to see that the boys had decided to take the jump. "You guys ok?" I asked, making my way over. There was a cumulative "yes" and i did a quick head count. Not including me, there should have been seven people. I counted, one, two, three, four, five, six- but no seven. I counted again, thinking I had missed someone. Still only six. Not good. Who was missing?

My question was soon answered by a panicked outburst from Sarah, "Wait! Where's Harry?"

I heard splashing and sputtering to my left. I turned just in time to see a head of curly hair dissapear beneath the surface. At the same time, i saw the plane shoot upwards, continuing on until it was almost out of sight. It was preparing to dive, i realized. And we had no way of knowing where it would come down.

"Everyone! Get to that island," I pointed to a small island to my right, not too far off, "Go in groups of three and stay together! I've got Harry! Now GO!"

"But-" someone began to protest, but i didn't hear the rest because i quickly ducked underwater. There wasn't time for arguments. I just had to hope that they had listened to my instructions and gone to the safety of the island.

I quickly spotted Harry, still struggling for the surface. He was obviously running out of air.

I swam down to him and grabbed him under the arms. I just hoped he wasn't as ticklish as i was. Once I made sure that I had a secure grip on him, I began making my way to the surface.

About halfway up, i began to run out of air. My lungs strained in my chest, and i fought the urge to breathe in. I felt despair fill my heart as my vision began to blur and we began to sink. But, with one final kick, we broke through the surface of the water.

I looked at Harry. He wasn't moving, but still alive. I hoped.

Hearing a roaring sound overhead, I looked up, and what I saw was a sight I never hope to see again. There was the plane, diving nosefirst, spiraling towards a spot that was fairly far off, but still terrifyingly close.

I almost gave up. Sank to the bottom then and there. But then I looked at Harry, still unconcious. Then at the island, our only refuge, where I saw my friends and the rest of the band watching intently. The island seemed farther than ever now, taunting, just out of reach. But I knew I coudn't give up now. There were people counting on me, and I couldn't let them down.

I kicked and paddled as fast as I could towards the island.  I felt water streaming down my face, unsure if it was ocean water or tears. No one else was going to die today. Not on my watch.

There was an enormous splashing and rumbling behind us, and I knew without looking back that the plane had hit the water.

I felt a current pulling me towards the crash as the ship began to sink. I stuggled to move forward, but felt like i was going backwards instead. I continued to push, trying to escape the current's grasp. Finally, I broke free and got close enough to the island to ride a wave to shore.

The others rushed over to us as I dropped Harry and collapsed onto the sand, coughing up water. Attractive right?

"He's not breathing!" Liam shouted, "Does anyone know C.P.R?"

Sarah and Daryn looked at me. Never a good thing. "Amber does!" Daryn said.

"I- well yeah, but i mean i've never actually tried it before," I responded when I could finally speak.

"You've gotta try!" Sarah said desperately.

"A- alright," I stuttered. I put my ear next to Harry's mouth. They were right, no breathing. I pinched his nose, took a deep breath, and began rescue breathing. So, in other words, breathing for him. This was awkward...

After that i began chest compressions. I put my hands on his chest, one on top of the other, and pushed down in short bursts. I repeated these two steps, as my lifeguard training instructor had told me years ago, for about two minutes, while everyone watched nervously.

After a minute or so, as I was about to try rescue breathing again, I noticed something odd. Harry was smiling. I had no idea you could smile when you were unconcious. I checked his breathing again. No breaths, but he was obviously awake. He was holding his breath.

"Harry Styles! You evil, evil little elf!" I shouted, hitting his arm as he sat up laughing. Actually, as annoyed as i was, i was trying to keep from laughing too. Everyone realized what had happened, and joined in Harry's laughter. I couldn't help it. I burst out laughing soon after.

"Evil elf?" Louis managed to choke out, "What kind of an insult is that?"

"That, my dear Louis," Sarah said, "Is an Amber insult!"

"An Amber insult?" Niall asked, raising his eyebrows.

"Yeah," Daryn smiled, then we began to list some of my odd insults:

"Tug munch!"

"Fudge nugget!"

"Nub!"

"Globstick!"

"Shoe-sniffer!"

"Toe-licker!"

"Cheesey pits!"

By the time we had finished the list we were all rolling around in the sand laughing. Suddenly, a terrifying thought occurred to me and i sat bolt upright.

"Holy flying crap," I said.

"What?" Zayn asked.

"I'm stranded on an island with my best friends and One Direction." I replied, and with that I blacked out from exhaustion."

Alright, who wants to go next?
