After arguing with Sakura for thirty minutes, she'd finally fell asleep. Today was a hard day for both of us. Me with my parents, her with hers. But it was a milestone to get over. And the both of us did it, together.
I watched her as she lay sleep in my bed. Slowly stroking her face, her eyebrows drew together and her lips pursed tightly. She then relaxed herself and continued her slumber.
The door slowly opened and I looked over my shoulder seeing Itachi.
"Hey." He says lowly. "Can you come out so we can talk?"
I furrowed my eyebrows. What could he possibly want to talk about? I got out of bed and followed him into the living room where my uncle sat on the couch. His hands folded together, looked down at his feet. His hair that's usually in a low ponytail, hung loosely to hid waist and slowly falling over his shoulders. Itachi sat next to him and I made it myself to stand.
"What's going on?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.
"We've been living a lie little brother." Itachi says as he looks down to our wooden floor. I looked on confused.
"W-what are you talking about?"
Madara cleared his throat. "Itachi is my son Sasuke."
"E-Excuse me?" I ask. "How is that possible?"
"I met your mother first." She says. "She and I had plans to get married untill your father messed it up and took her for his own. We swore we'd never tell anyone that Itachi was my son, which is why you two never knew."
"So he's been a dog his whole life?" I questioned. I slowly fell to my knees. "So Itachi isn't my brother?"
"He's your half brother Sasuke." Madara's eyes met mine and I felt sick to my stomach. It makes sense. So much sense. Itachi looked more like Madara than he did my father. His hair was longer just like Madara's his calm unbothered demeanor; it's Madara.
"Why does he have to be my father?" I ask myself as I look down. "None of this is fair."
"I'm sorry Sasuke." Madara hangs his head. "Your father has always been a selfish man. Always the one to want his cake and eat it to."
"And you let him?" I ask. "You let him steal your happiness? My mother would still be alive you know that?"
He sighed heavily. "Yes, but you wouldn't exist."
"I probably would've been your child too."
Itachi looked up at me with soft sympathetic eyes. "Sasuke.."
"It's fine." I managed to pull off a smile.
"You know regardless I always treated you as if you were my son." Madara stands to his feet and walks towards me. He completely towers over my 5'11 frame. He places his hand on the top of my head and smiles warmly at me. "In my eyes, you're the second son I never had."
Staring up at him made me feel a certain way. True, I looked at my uncle as the father I never had on the count of my father being so distant with Itachi and I. I never knew what a father son bond was like, but Madara helped me see that clearly.
"T-thank you." I managed to say.
"Also," He used his free hand to dig in his pockets. He found what he was looking for a pulled it out. Using both hands, he dug in his wallet amd pulled something out handing it to me. A condom. "You and Pinky in there probably have been practicing on giving me grandkids, but try not to do it so early." My eyes bugged open. Way to ruin a sincere moment.
Itachi stared at us trying his hardest to supress his laugh.
"Uh, she and I wont be doing that anytime soon." I tell him pushing his hand away.
"Oh? She's a virgin?" He raised his eyebrow amused.
"That's none of your business." I say causing him to chuckle. "Itachi get your dad."
"This conversation has nothing to do with me." Itachi holds his hands in surrender.
Rolling my eyes and I shook my head. "I'm going to bed I don't need this." I quickly turned on my heels and walked away from the two.
I was still in my feelings about Itachi being my half brother. He's lucky he doesn't have my father's DNA. It sucked. It sucked bad.
Walking into my room, I closed the door and turned to Sakura laying sleep in my bed. I crawled in my bed, scooted closer to her and took her in my arms before getting comfortable. She groaned before turning to face me. I gripped her waist tighter and she burried her head into the crook of my neck. Her warm breath tickling my neck.
It's been a hard day for the both of us. Me dealing with my parent's death, and her with her father. She's obviously had it worse than me. I reached up and stroked her hair.
We're gonna be okay. We're gonna make it through these tough times. And we're gonna do them, together..

My eyes fluttered open seeing a sleeping Sasuke at my side. Sleeping in his peaceful slumber. I ruffled his hair and he frowned in his sleep. His eyes slowly opened and landed on me.
"You know the respectful thing to do when someone is sleeping is to leave them alone and let them sleep." He then turns over with his back towards me. Giggling, I rolled over on top of Sasuke. Next thing I know, I'm in the air staring down at him, our fingers laced as his feet tucked secure on my abdomen. My hair flew over my head, entangling into his black locks. I smiled as I looked down at him.
"Sakura, you're annoying." He smirked at me and lowered me just enough to place a kiss on my lips. "But oddly I enjoy it."
"Will you come with me with Itachi today?" I asked him. His eyes softened as he stared at me.
"Of course," He answered with a faint smirk. "I'll be there every step of the way."
I smiled down at him. These emotions I had for Sasuke were getting deeper and deeper by the day. I couldn't explain exactly how he made me feel. Sometimes I hated him and others I was like a giddy highschool girl with a crush. But at the end of it all, I don't know what I'd do without him.
