That Night

Later that Night I had to go home. While walking home I started to ask myself if I could see myself with Jesse? She was such a beautiful and amazing person. I really thought of her as my best friend and I don't want to ruin that By asking her out.

*10 minutes later*

I walk in my house to find that my older brother Mitch had been at his girlfriend's house. My little brother was sound asleep in his room. And my mom off at work. Now I was a little scared because it had only been me and my abusive (sexual and physical abuse) father. I tried to get passed him by walking through the kitchen to my room, But he had heard my footsteps. "Penny get your ass in here" I gasp for air as my face turns red due to being scared. "Yes father" I say. "You know I'm sorry for hitting you last night right?" He says smiling... EWW I fucking hate the way his perverted looking eyes look at me. "Of course only just an accident" I say with a shaking voice. "I need to go get some homework done, then I'm gonna head to bed" I say trying to escape, before anything can happen. "Okay baby girl, we can talk later". FUCK he doesn't want to just "talk". I run to my room as fast as I can before he changes his mind about "later".

I get to my room to see a box sitting on my bed, and a note. The note reads:

"To my best friend, this way we can talk without sneaking out."

I open the box to find a phone. I open up the text messages and already have a text message from Jesse.

"If you are reading this then text me back XD, oh and you are welcome just don't break it. And don't let your dad or mom know I got you this. SHHH XD ~love ya, Jesse"

SHE GOT ME A PHONE JUST SO WE CAN TALK... I just want to be with this girl so so much but I'm pretty sure she doesn't like me like that.

We stayed up all night texting back and forth... I ended up finding out that she is Pansexual also...

I text her one more time... "Good night beautiful, I'll see you at school in the morning. Have some good news"
