Clem,me,and Aj ran to the truck with the others behind us
"Clem hand me Aj" I said loudly over the gun shots and people screaming
"Ya ok here"clem says handing me a crying Aj then we heard Javier yell to us
"Go well meet you back at the junk yard"
Clem and i just quickly nodded and got in the truck and started to drive
(Time skip)
It's been like an hour sence we got out of the new frontier that became a war zone
Aj was in the middle seat laying his head on clem's lap as she drives poor kid he's still scared
"Hey Gabe do you see any of the other car's behind us"clem asked
I twiced my body around to see a van and trip driving with Elinor in the passenger seat
"Ya the van trip is driving and Elinor is sitting in the passenger seat" I said twiced back around
"That's good"clem says taking one hand off the steering wheel and placing it on Aj's back I just smiled
"I'm happy clem found Aj I love when she is happy and smiling" then I snapped out of it when clem said my name
"W..hat is it"I said still snapping out of it
"Thanks"she said looking at me for a moment with a smile the back at the road
"For what"I asked
"I don't know I just have this feeling inside that I should tell you thank you"clem said putting the hand that was on Aj back on the wheel
"Well whatever it is it's no problem"I said
I learned closer to clem and put the peace of hair in her face behind her ear
She look at me for a moment and we locked eyes she looked back at the road and smiled I just put my head against the window and fell asleep
I looked over to see Gabriel sleeping I just looked back at the road and continued to drive with a little smirk on my face
