Job Interview

Naira is busy getting ready for a job interview with the Goenka's. She is just 23 with thirst to achieve her dreams.

Naitik: Naira beta jaldi
Naira: Yes papa coming in 2 minutes
Naitik: U know how important this meeting is for u. If u get this job it will be very good for u and all of us. U wont have to go anywhere outside Udaipur.
Naira: I know that dad. I'm coming down. Just getting my files.
Naitik: The Goenka's are very particular about timings. Plz lets keep our impression good in front of them
Naira: Yes dad. Done. Coming...

Naira comes down. She quickly has her breakfast and leaves in a hurry.
She goes to the office.

Receptionist: Hello ma'am how can I help u?
Naira: Hi I am Naira Singhania. I am here for an interview.
R: Plz ma'am take ur seat. Sir hasn't yet come.

Naira's POV
Hai Ganga Maiya Plz kuch gaḍbaḍ mat hone dena. Letme check if I have all the right documents required.

R: Ma'am Sir is coming in 5 minutes. Plz wait in his cabin. That way Plz
N: Thank u

After 5 minutes a man in his fifty's comes in. Naira recognises him as Manish Goenka. The owner of this company.

N: Good Morning Sir
M: Good Morning Miss. Naira. How r u doing today?
N: Very Good Sir, Thank u.
M: Great! So Miss.Naira why do u think u want to work with us? I mean I am pretty sure u may have got offers from many companies. Then why only Goenka Empires. And as far as I know u are daughter of Naitik and Akshara Singhania. U have ur dads company to work in.
N: Sir I have heard this company is one of the best in the Diamonds field. Working in Singhania Diamonds wouldn't give me the sort of experience and challenges that I would face anywhere else. I would have less work pressure and I would end up mixing my work with family. And that's what I hate doing.
M: Pretty Impressive Miss. Naira. I like it.
N: Thank u sir
M: So u r applying for the post of Chief General Manager. But looking at ur certificates and experience u r more than capable for the post of Managing Director.
N: Sir I would be honoured to accept it but I don't think I am worth it.
M: who said so Miss.Naira. Infact it would be our pleasure to have u as M.D of Goenka Empire. Plz accept it.
N: Ok Sir I will accept it. Thank u so much for trusting me with this responsibility. I promise I wont break ur trust.
M: That's what I like about u. U are so dedicated towards ur work.
N: Thank u so much sir.
M: So just to let u know u will be reporting to Mr.Kartik Goenka, CEO of Goenka Empires. He is my son but is equally capable as me. And yes any problems u can approach me, Kartik or Keerti. Keerti is my daughter and Vice-President of this company.
N: Ya sure sir. I thought of discussing a few agendas with u. These are the main things I will be working on:
    - Long term strategy
    - Vision, direction and purpose of the company
    - Compliance
    - Risks likely to affect the business
    - Approval of and performance against the budget
M: Now I know I have chosen the best person for this position. U have such amazing stratergies. I am pretty sure the company is on the way to success and u will get it up there.
N: Thank u Sir. So what time do I report tomorrow?
M: 9:30 should be good
N: Sure Sir. Thank u

Saying this she leaves.
She goes home and informs everyone about her securing a job with the Goenka's and that too as a MD. Everyone is happy for her.

This will be a short story of maximum 5 chapters. So guys how do u like the story?
Ik its pretty different from the ongoing plot but ya I thought of writing something different form the existing 2 books I am writing.
