Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this story, it certainly means a lot to me, and I don't care who you are, you're AWESOME!! ^-^
I just wanted to let y'all know a few things. Such as, this story will be without romantic pairings. I don't like any of the possible love interests given to either Kurt or Mercedes during S(Season)1, they were all either jerks, or incompetent. *eye roll/sigh* As for background pairings, there will be NONE. I don't want the focus to the story to be taken away from the two main characters: Mercedes Jones and Kurt Hummel. These two characters mean so much to me, and I really feel like its high time I pay them homage.
I will be very picky about which characters I include from after S1, there probably won't be any at all. This means bad news for those of you who favor Blaine or Sam, both were awesome. (Makes me sad bc I really wanna write Lauren but I gotta stick to my own rules *^*) I love them as much as the next Gleek, but again, the focus of the story is on the two precious children that should've gotten their own reality TV show. As stated in the description, this is set around the Madonna episode, inspiration being "Four Minutes." My favorite duet out of the entire series!!
The next issue is one Finn Hudson. My heart aches all the time for this character and his actor. I will be including him in this story because this is S1, I'm still unsure about including this character into the story. I don't want people to feel as if I'm ignoring the tragedy that took place, because I'm not. Writing this character will be as tough for me as it is for you to read him. Cory Monteith was an amazing person and actor. RIP.
I think that's all that really needs to be covered, if anything else comes up it'll be in an author's note at the end of a chapter. Please enjoy this story! Don't be afraid to comment if there was an error in the story, I love all feedback! And, no character bashing, please. If you don't like that Kurt and Mercedes are the stars of the show, just don't read the darned story. Everyone has a preference, this is mine. Please and Thank you.
