Emily's POV.

I stay up late at night working on the laptop for the next part of the literature class. My eyes are drooping after every now and then and I gotta warn them to stay open wide awake until I finish the work off.

This weekend has been the most hectic ones. Right now I just feel so empty that I want to bang my head on the wall and get away the pain that it has. Or can just the brain go away for a while and cone back after its alright?

I can almost hear my thick black glasses on the bridge of my nose advising me to just keep it off and rest my eyes to sleep. But as I finish my work I keep the laptop aside and check my phone for any notifications. Unfortunately I get a text from an unknown number.

Dylan12:03 am- Hey Emile!

Me 12:06 am- Hi Dylan. I guess my name's Emily.

Dylan 12:07 am- I know babe. Just kept a pet name for you.

Me 12:08 am- oh I see. You awake so late night?

Dylan 12:09 am- yep. Nothing much will meet you tomorrow goodnight Emile!😂

Me 12:10- strange. Fine by me goodnight.

My head's pounding so hard but now I feel I'm no more sleepy. Its half past one and still no sleep. I feel like Rapunzel locked in a huge tower and no way to escape. That's so uncool. I flop up from my bed and head straight towards the front door dodging through the stairs that leads to it. I take a look at my hoodie and flip it on my body storming out in my tracks out the way on the street. As of being natural its almost midnight. Nobody's on the street but only me and the cool freezing winter breeze that touches each part of my bare skin exposed to it.

Closing my eyes I feel it singing through my ears. At a distant of my neighborhood I see a bench sparely sitting and enjoying the view. Jogging towards it with closed eyes as if I'm in the heaven.

I bump into something harder.
" You should be at home cheery girl at this hour of night and not on the silent streets. What if you would've bumped into a ghost and gradually have your heart in your mouth gasping for air probably", chuckles a black haired boy none other than Ryan. And I get extremely surprised as I watch the gang coming from behind the black haired boy and a twitch forms on the sides of my lips as Dylan waves me with am extremely radiating smile that I've ever seen beneath the shining moonlight.

"Guys! Y'all having fun without me at this hour of night!", I shout as my voice echoes and causing me to clasp both of my hands on the blabbering mouth of mine.

"Chill Emile, we just live down the next street and as we too are deprived of sleep tonight as much as it seems the sane goes for you girl", says Ryan.

"Actually I didn't even had an idea that you the sleeping beauty might be awake like an owl otherwise I would've ringed you up I'm sorry Emily," Jessica apologizes as if it was the most oblivious thing right now.

I run to her and hug her tightly as I could, " Stupid girl come let's have a night party guys. What say? Don't worry about the house mine is enough for all of us so come on get a move on!" I parade as everyone chuckles and walks behind me following in the light that the street lights manage to show us the path. After a good ten minutes walk we reach my house and I grab the keys from underneath the carpet that sits just outside the front door and manage to open it easily.

"No ones here. Don't worry. My mum's out for a business meeting in Canada. So chill your ass out and it won't bother me anyway."

The longest chapter...how'd you like it? Do excuse me but I'm a wreck when it comes to expressing hahaha!

Hope y'all like the chapter.

There are more interesting facts that'll be added as you go on reading further..

There's no specific story that I've decided but it just comes to me like a thought and I update it. Isn't that cool?

Share your suggestions and advice with me. I'd like it if y'all communicate to me and let me be known to the facts y'all want me to about my writing.

Loads of love_!

Thankya!
