Zia's POV
New school and new chapter of my life. I will be studying in Oxford University, a school that has a high quality education.
This is the first day of classes and here I am looking for our classroom.
Ouchhh! I bumped with someone urggh I hold my head that's why my things fall in the floor .
"Oh I'm sorry Miss!"
He picked my things then I rapidly get it to him.
"No, it's okay I know it was an accident and it's also my fault because I am not looking on my way"
I saw him smiled, "Anyway I am Shun Vergara, Culinary Arts student. How about you?"
"Ahmm I'm Zia Rockwell. I am a new student here cause I shifted my course to education."
"Second year student?" he asked.
"Yaah", I said.
"Ohh we're the same, welcome to our school."
Then suddenly someone came.
"Shun, you're just here pala. I'm looking for you kanina pa ha." She said in stagey tone. Then she looked at me.
"Wait, Khianna. By the way, Zia, she's Khianna, my childhood friend. She's living in Singapore with my mom. She's now 3 days vacation here in the Philippines.
"Hi, I'm Zia Rockwell. I am glad to meet you." I said cheerfully. I beamed at her. "Oh! Hi!" She said plainly. Khianna hold Shun's hand, and they immediately left.
The next day followed.
"Bess, I guess someone is looking for you outside. Kanina pa yan pabalik-balik ee." I gazes the door. The guy is very familiar.
"I don't even know who is that man you are referring for, Bess" I said.
"Why we won't go outside for us to know who is he?" She suggested.
"Okay" I agreed.
"Hi Zia!"
"S-shan? S-shun?" I said with confusion.
"It's Shun" he corrected.
"Okay, Shun, what are you doing here? Emphasizing his name.
"I just want to invite you for a dinner. If that's okay with you?" He smiled at me brightly.
'What? Dinner agad? For what?' The questions runs out of my mind.
"Ahhmm, for what?" I asked.
"Let's say that, I just wanna know you better for us to be friends?"
"Ahhm, okay. I will ask my mom if she will give me the permission."
"Ahumm, sure, wait.. Can I asked your mom's phone number as well as yours? If you don't mind."
"What? Why do you need to asks my mom's number?"
"So that I can text her that your in good hands if you're with me."
"Hahaha" I laughed sarcastically. "Your so confidential about that huh? My mom might not allow me to go this evening. She's strict as that."
"Then, give me the right to ask a permission to your mom, that I'll invite you for a dinner this evening." He said.
Wala na akong nagawa kundi ibigay yun sakanya. Then, I entered our room after.
"Bess! You're so bad. Why you don't tell me that you know him? Wait, you know him nga ba?" She asked.
"Yeah, I know him. He's the man I told you the man who bumped me."
