Caught Part 16

Normal POV:

(An hour later)

I still can't process the fact that Eren started to date Annie. Both Mikasa and Levi are holding my hands. I look at Mikasa who is giving me a look of concern and then I look at Levi who usually has a glare on his face but he looks concerned.

The door opens revealing Eren. He actually came. As he walks in I see Annie behind him. So I guess it is true. Eren smiles at me and I turn my head away from him. "(F/n) I'm so glad you're awake, what did you nee-" I cut him off. "Did you really start dating Annie while I was in a coma." A look of guilt spreads across Eren's face. 

"Yes I did actually but I thought you were never going to wake up and I didn't want my heart to break if you were to die so..." He trails off. "Wow." A familiar voice chimes in. "I can't believe you right now, are you actually feeling sorry for yourself right now?" Levi says with venom in his voice.

Eren balls up his fists. "That's none of your business , you cheated on her first anyway." Levi stands up. "But (f/n) was on the verge of death and you were dating Annie for 10 months. And you still are dating Annie, do you even love (F/n) anymore?" Eren becomes speechless and drops his head. "I'm so sorry, but I love Both (F/n) and Annie, (F/n) if you still want me back I can-" I cut him off. "No I don't want you back, get out before I do to you what I did to Petra."

Eren starts to cry and Annie walks into the room. "(F/n) face the fact that he doesn't love you anymore, he's mine now." Mikasa gets up pushing the chair on the ground. Mikasa walks towards Annie and Eren with an intense glare on her face. "I'm very disappointed in you Eren leave now because if both me and Levi have to fight you, you will be in a coma longer than (F/n) has been. And Annie-" Mikasa whispers something to Annie and Annie looks scared. 

Annie and Eren leave immediately and they leave me, Mikasa and Levi alone. "Mikasa." I say softly and her face softens and she looks at me. "Can you step out of the room for a few minutes, I want to talk with Levi." Mikasa steps out of the room and closes the door. Levi looks at me with a concerned face. "(F/n) I will say it as many times as I have to, I am so sorry and I hope you can forgive me even if you don't want to be in a relationship right now, I'll wait for you." He grabs my hand gently.

"Levi, thanks for standing up for me, and also I may need some time to forgive you after all that has happened. If I do forgive you, we can be friends because you have triplets remember." He looks at me with a small smile. "Okay, I'll still wait for you." His smile suddenly vanishes. "Oh and another thing, He pulls back the blanket and lifts up my gown exposing my stomach and a ginormous scar across my stomach.

"Like I said you were on the verge of death, you are the love of my life and I can't live without you, so one day even if I have to wait a year or even two years would you consider taking me back? I will prove myself to you if I have to but will you?" He seems like he has changed a lot with me in a coma
