ILLIAS POV
i loved the way she always looked at me, and she knew the sexy way she said my name always got to me. honestly never thought any of these things were gonna happen to someone a care about, what i mean by that is, well someone i care about being hurt, so hurt I felt my heart tighten every time I looked at her broken eyes, it was devastating.
"Cora?" i said
she slowly rose her head to face me.
"yes?" she said
"im going to tell Tessa about Malcolm arriving, im going to walk upstairs she will get your grandma out of the house while this happens."
i walked upstairs, Cora's grandma and Tessa are still eating there breakfast.
"sorry, may you excuse Tessa?"
"oh sure, i was just getting to cleaning anyways"
"thank you"
Tessa and i walked into the washroom, i explained to her that Malcolm was coming and that she needed to get they're grandma out of the house for atleast an hour.
"sure thing" she said
i walked downstairs to Cora.
"Illias, i love you"
she ran to me hugging me i felt her the exposure of her fear cloud the room.
"i love you most" i replied
i wondered what we could do to get Malcolm to leave, then it hit me.
"Cora, i will call the police explain we were assaulted by a threat and they need to come immediately to arrest the man"
i dial 911, i explained the senario, and they replied that they'd send the police force after him.
"god i hope this works" Cora said to me
"it will"
CORA POV
i was so glad Illias figured out a plan, it was only a matter of fait if this was going to work or not. i hear a car pull up in the driveway and it couldn't have been Tessa and my grandma since they just left.
i hear a forceful bang on our door, i walk upstairs with Illias and i open it slowly to see Malcolm, we walked in forcefully grabbing me by the neck pushing me to the wall.
"i want the money, NOW!" he said
"i-i don't have it" i said chocking with every word
"let her go!" Illias yelled
"aww, pitty you'll watch her die" Said Malcolm
Illias ran to go grab a knife from the kitchen, as the police barge in grabbing Malcolm and tying him in handcuffs.
i fell to the floor coughing from the affect of being chocked.
"Cora!" Illias yelled
"i-im okay" i said standing up "thank you officers" i glance to the policemen
they nod walking Malcolm out. Tessa and my grandma arrive home, my grandma didn't want to ask what happened.
"Thank you grandma for letting us stay but we really best be going" i said
"okay, i love you sweetie" she said giving me a hug
"Tessa, come home" i said
she glanced at me with saddened eyes, i must stay.
i gave her and my grandma a hug as i walked out into Illias' SUV we drove home.
as we arrived home Blake and Stan where waiting at the door.
"thank god" said Stan hugging me as a entered.
"welcome back" Blake said to Illias and i
"we finally made it" Illias said glancing to the ceiling.
