Iyla is just a innocent teenage girl, focuses on grades and family. She lives in a big home with her father, her mother passed away in a fatal car crash when she was young, Iyla always thought it was her fault.

Though her father is rarely ever home, but when he is he takes no notice of her at all. He is a business man and owns his own massive company. He doesn't really have time for her. Her father, who cares for nothing other than himself. As long as she is out of the way he doesn't care.

Iyla and her dad share the same strong radiant purple eyes, most unique eyes anyone had seen.
She has her mothers long brown locks while her father always keeps his hair slick and professional.

She is the spitting image of her beautiful mother, though she has her fathers eyes. With looking so much alike too her mother is what Iyla keeps holding onto, the tragedy.

It's everywhere, it follows her
She has nightmares, even when she looks in the mirror all she can see is her mothers face when it all happened.
It consumes her, though she try's too live on she knows it will always be with her where ever she goes.
And no matter how much help she gets, how many places she moves, that memory will not get out of her head. It's like there's something she needs too know, something she wasn't told and she has too find out. Like little voices in her head telling her it's not the truth.

Ever since it happened she has been alone and has learnt everything she knows on her own. Her father treats her like she is nothing too him, but she knows her mother would be proud and that's what keeps her going.
She loves her father more than anything and she knows he loves her, it was a lot for him when her mother passed.

Ever since the tragedy she has not attended school, she has been home schooled due to it being to much and her high anxietys, she has blocked everyone out since her mother had passed and she's stuck too herself as that's what she's learnt.
She's tried so hard to face her fears and get out there into the world but when she tries it's like her feet are planted into the ground and she can't move, so she doubts herself. Maybe she's not meant to be out there, because look where that got her mother.

So now you know the brief overview of Iyla's life, will she face the real world, find answers, inner happiness and peace?
