YOU: "Are you alright?"

He slightly look up and saw that your head was in between the door, he slightly let out a fake groan and pretended to rub his eyes, just so you won't see his tears.

TAEHYUNG: "I was going to sleep but then I suddenly needed to use the bathroom and Aih! I tripped and fell!"

His acting was good, he didn't look like lying, he just looked tired.

YOU: "Did you already use the bathroom? If you did then, go back to sleep or else go use quickly."

TAEHYUNG: "Yes."

He quickly entered the bathroom door and you open your door a little bit, standing there, the little crack on the wall along with a little blood  caught your attention which made you worried.

YOU: "Did he fell that hard?"

You shut your eyes tiredly and your eyes landed on something on the floor...

....

Then you realized it was a gun.

YOU: "Gun?"

A suspicious feeling started crawling up inside of you as you were going to walk towards the gun, the flushing sound of the toilet stopped you from going nearer and decided to  go back to bed.

TAEHYUNG: "Sorry for disturbing your sleep. Goodnight."

He said before closing the door and kneeling down to the floor. He then close his eyes and drifted off to dreamland, while you were looking above you, only seeing the dark ceiling.

'A crack wall with a little blood along the side and a gun on the floor? What was he trying to do? Taehyung ah, what is going on?' You thought to yourself as you blink your eyes trying your best to forget it.

'But I can't get over this, why does it seem so weird?' You keep turning to your side and all, but you just couldn't sleep.

Then you suddenly sat up from your bed with a silent gasp.

'Could it possibly be Jiyong? Was he trying to break into Taehyung's house to see me?' You shut your eyes irritatingly, wanting to know the truth behind all of this.

Taehyung have prepared breakfast, and both of you are in an awkward situation right now. No one dared to utter a word, no one dared to eat first, no one dared to look into one another's eye. It's just...so awkward..

TAEHYUNG: "Let's--"

YOU: "Yah."

Taehyung had a blank face when you cut him off and he listened to you. Your eyes shifted to his, and notice his eyes were already landing on yours, making you hesitate even more, you quickly shut your eyes and take a deep breath.

YOU: "Will you answer me honestly?"

TAEHYUNG: "Hm?"

YOU: "If I ask you a question, will you answer honestly?"

TAEHYUNG: "Depends."

You shot a death glare towards him and he laughed it off and jokingly leaned towards you with that handsome face of his.

TAEHYUNG: "Go ahead and ask."

You took a glance at his eyes before shutting your eyes and taking another deep breath and..finally...you're going to spit it out.

YOU: "What happened last night?"

Taehyung laughed it off coolly like nothing wrong happened. He just wanted to hide the fact that your brother was visiting and most of all, he wanted to hide the fact that he wanted to protect you, however he'll just spit all those confessions out..
