I'm freaking out!! In less than a day Valentines will be happening. How did I let myself get so caught up in missions. Even tho I don't have a special someone I decided to get all of my friends a gift. Homemade chocolate. Tho my first batch was a disaster I ended up summoning Virgo for help.
About three hours later I had 9 boxes of candy sitting on my bed. All made with love and care (Mainly from Virgo XD). The sun was about to set outside, so I decided to move the chocolates on my cabinet. Knowing how Natsu and Happy liked to break in my house at night I placed a simple rune spell around them. They can raid the fridge, but I can't let them destroy my hard work.
I also grabbed Natsu gift and placed it in a box and sealed it. I wanted to ask Natsu to be my valentine, but I think Lissanna was going to. I have nothing against her and I know they've been friends a lot longer then me. I'm not mean so I can't just step into her area.
Even tho my heart hurts when I know she may be his I will sit on the side and just smile. The sound of glass breaking brought me out of my thoughts. Turning noticing my keys were on my bed I grabbed a nearby pan which was still hot from cooking.
Sneaking into my room I slammed my pot down once I heard movement on my side. I heard a grunt and loud "Ouch." My eyebrow did this twitching thing as I recognized that voice. "Natsu really!" I exclaimed. "Lucy that hurt" he whined rubbing his head. I looked over to my window and nearly fainted. It was shattered and there was a cold front coming in today.
"NATSU MY WINDOW" I yelled. "Sorry it was locked for once" he said rubbing the back of his head. I sighed knowing there was no reason to complain."Why are you here and where is Happy" I asked walking back to the kitchen.
He followed me muttering something about food. "Charle finally accepted Happy request and they wanted the house for themselves, so he kicked me out and told me to go find you" he said. I smiled knowing the she cat would fall for him. That reminded me!
"Chocolates" Natsu said with sparkling eyes. "Natsu those are for tomorrow" I scolded as I walked to the fridge. I open it and made sure I had Happy gift for tomorrow in there. He would kill me if I forgot it!
"Can I stay here Luce?" Natsu asked. "Yes only if you don't destroy nothing" I said. Either way he would end up back here and in my bed. I gave up months ago to stop his weird obsession with my bed. "It's getting late so I'm heading to bed. Feel free to join" I said locking my door.
As I crawled into my bed I notice how cold it had gotten. Just great the only blanket I had wasn't thick and my thick blanket was the cleaners to get off the fish smell and jelly from Natsu and Happy argument. I shivered slightly as I changed into some shorts and a tang top. I needed to invest in some winter pajamas.
Placing my keys onto the table I climbed in bed. Not matter how much I curled into a ball I couldn't get warm. My teeth began to chatter against each other as the wind blew. I heard the door open and close. The slight dip in the bed told me that Natsu had arrived. "Geez Lucy you can hear you teeth chattering from China" he said.
I turned towards him with a angry face. "I wouldn't be cold if someone didn't break my window" I said. That's when his smirk grew. His arms snaked around waist pulling my firmly against his chest. Heat began to spread all through my body. My cheeks began to burn from his actions. "Nnnnaattssuu" I stuttered.
