-Chapter 1-Is It Them?-

(Aphmau's POV)

(Dream Start) (Yeah. I'm starting it off with a dream.)
I saw my old friends again. I thought I wouldn't.

(Dream End) (Yeah. That fast)

I shoot up in my bed. I hope I will be able to see them again. I walk downstairs to see Katelyn awake.

"Hey Katelyn." I say.

"Hey." She replies. I walk downstairs fully,my cat ears under my hood hidden. Yeah,I'm a hybrid. So are my friends. We all also have powers. I remember when I was younger. My siblings,my friends,and me all having a good time.

"Hello? Aphmau~Sempai?" I hear Kawaii-Chan's voice ask.

"Huh?" I ask. I guess I was lost in thought...."I'm going on a walk." I say quickly.

"Okay. See you later!" Katelyn says.

I run out the door. I feel a presence of magic out here. Then I see them-my old friends.

"Guys!" I shout. They all turn to me. Avery and Ross are the first to run to me.

They're siblings. My siblings to be exact.

"JESS!!!!!!" They both scream at the same time,hugging me.

Then a much not needed voice comes.

"Aph who are these people?" I hear Katelyn's voice ask.

I spin around and I glare at her.

"Umm...The two hugging me are my siblings,Avery and Ross. And the other 5 are Adam,Jin,Max,Barney,and Red." I reply simply.

"Why did you not tell me you had other friends!?" Katelyn growls.

"Jess,who is she?" Avery asks me.

I shake my head.

"Come on guys! Let's go!" I say,running towards the forest. The others follow me.

We are all hybrids. And we have powers.

I'm a cat hybrid,Avery's a fox hybrid,Ross is a squirrel hybrid,Adam is an eagle hybrid,Max is also a fox hybrid,and Barney and Red are dinosaur hybrids.

Me,Ross,and Avery are all the most powerful in the group. We all have ice powers,shapeshifting,telepathy,and a lot of others I'm not going to get into now.

Adam has air powers.

Max has fire powers.

And Red and Barney have earth powers.

But we're different. And that's the things that we hate.
