Human Once

"I'm your best friend! I'm allowed to worry about you." I scream at the tall brunette.
He sighs collapsing onto his bed. His eyes close and he looks, peaceful.
"You could've been killed. What would I have done if you were gone?"
"You would kill yourself. You tell me all the time. It's getting a little annoying."
"You act like you don't care."

That's what hurts the most. I'm his only friend. And he treats me like I'm just another nuisance.
He's a murderer but I don't mind really. He keeps me safe.
When I get injured his face contorts in fear and guilt.
He quickly fixes me himself.
Meaning he has seen me naked, multiple times.
We grew up together and I was the only friend he could keep.

"Don't go there. You know I hate when you go there."
"Why can't you act like I'm more than just a burden to you?"
"Because I refuse to lose you by saying I love you!" He yells sitting up quickly, and stares into my eyes. "I love you more than anything. I do everything in my power to keep you safe from harm. And yet you put yourself in harm's way for me."
Tears were streaming down his cheeks quickly.
I slowly walk over to him, then kiss his forehead.
He grabs my wrist and throws me onto the bed. His lips smash onto mine in a heated kiss.
I kiss back quickly.
The soft warmth drawing me in even further.
We undress each other quickly and grind on one another.
Moans escape our lips, as do our names.
My name coming from his sweet lips turns me on.
He massages my body and sucks on my neck.
I tangle my fingers in his hair and tug lightly.
His larger hands cup my breasts and roll in circles. His hands pull away and are replaced with his mouth. His tongue does wonders.

All of a sudden I feel a sharp pain. I cry out loudly.

"It hurts," I whisper.

Then he hit a special spot inside, and I moan loudly. He kept hitting that spot and I begin panting heavily.
Pain became pleasure.
I never imagined my best friend having this side to him. I wasn't complaining but I was surprised.
He suddenly cums inside me and I follow seconds behind.
We moan each other's name and pant heavily.
He waits a few moments before pulling out. He falls next to me, but wraps his arm around my waist.
I lay my hand on his chest and smile.

Months later, probably 7, I found out I was pregnant.
I was so excited to tell my husband.
The Grim Reaper was now my husband.
Although when I get home I find the house a mess.
I look all around trying to find my husband but couldn't. I ended up breaking down crying.
The next day I decided to talk to my friend Tadaomi Karasuma.
"Hey it's been a while." He says opening his door.
I sit down and explain everything.
He was happy to let me stay at his apartment. For a while he slept with me and held me close. He knew I was in a fragile state and needed comfort.
I thanked him so many times. I was so grateful.

When it finally came time Tadaomi took me to the hospital.
I had to wait 7 hours to start pushing.
I was panting, sweating, and screaming.
Tadaomi was right there comforting me and holding my hand.
I take deep breathes when my son is finally out.
The doctor and nurses clean him off and do everything else the hospitals do. Then the doctor hands me a blue bundle.
"Ai," I simply say.
My husband never had a last name and I didn't want him to have mine.
"He's beautiful," Tadaomi comments smiling.
I nod. "Just like his father."

A few days later Tadaomi came over exhausted.
I asked him about it and he explained that if he told me I couldn't tell anyone.
When I agreed he told me a strange creature blew up the moon, threatened to blow up the Earth, then asked to teach a class of junior high students.
I listened as I breastfed Ai.
It was shocking to say the least.
It must be Nagisa's class. His mom is my step sister.
I've known him for a few years. He's a good kid.
"Maybe I'll visit soon. It'll be nice to see Nagisa. It will also give me a chance to see you be a teacher."
Tadaomi smiles and nods.
We eat dinner then go to bed.
Ai woke up once and I comforted him.
I sang him to sleep and ended up falling asleep in the rocking chair.

In the morning Ai was in his crib and I am in my bed.
"You really shouldn't fall asleep like that. He could fall out of your hands or you could get a cold." My best friend says from next to me on the bed.
I smile and nod. "Thank you. Are you leaving for class now?"
He nods. He kisses my forehead and I smile.
"Have a nice day." I call as he walks down the hall. I look back at Ai to see him still asleep.
He turns onto his side and sucks his thumb cutely.
I get up and do some cleaning.
It would be a couple hours before my first client came in.
I am an "underground therapist". People come to me to just talk. They tell me their problems and I fix them, to the best of my ability.
One of my regulars always came in on the same day at the same time.
His story is always different though. It is always something new that is on his mind.
I don't actually charge people.
They give me what they have on them, of their own accord that is.
It's happened once or twice that someone didn't pay me though.

When Ai cries I take care of that swiftly and hear the door bell ring.
I open the door and the tall man walks in.
"Hello Johnathan." I greet smiling.
"Hey babe." He responds walking inside.
"Why don't you take a seat and talk to me." I walk to the rocking chair by the couch.
He sits on the leather couch. "It happened three days ago." He begins and goes on for a while.
I take notes, nodding once in a while to show I was listening.
When he finishes I hear Ai gurgling in his bed.
"Is that a baby?" Johnny asks and I nod.
"My son," I respond. I get up and make sure Ai is ok.
When I come back Johnny was gone. I look around confused.
The front door was wide open.
The rest of the day was packed of new and regulars coming in.
I managed to play with Ai after eating dinner.
Then we went to bed.
