I think this is a poem.

The man strangled the girl
While looking at her like a pearl
She grabbed his wrist like a tigers clasp
And was able to escape his grasp
He pushed her away
But his urge to kill did not sway
She asked him do you wish to kill or be killed like a simple phrase
Because the man didn't know that deep in her heart is where the true killer lays
