I walk down the side walk an umbrella in one hand, my phone in the other. I had just finished school and was on a rush to finish a delayed project at school.
I tussle through my bag to find my keys and stick them into the keyhole. I sigh as I finally can relax and set my umbrella to the side to dry. My dog Max starts walking up to me jumping up and down as I squirm to get her a treat. "Who's my good boy? Oh, you are! Yes you are!" I speak gibberish as I toss a treat in the air and he jumps to catch it. "Good boy!" I pick him up and nuzzle him, his silky white fur rubbing against my face. His face seems to say " Let me go!" as he jumps back to the safety of the floor. I laugh and pull my books out of my bag, noticing some of them soaked along with half of my project for school. "No, no, nonononononono!" I desperately try and dry it in the most frantic manner but realized there was no use. Groaning, I grab my coat and umbrella, then head out the door with Max whimpering after me.*About five minutes later*
The rain is coming down harder as I find shelter under a bus station roof. The supply store was only about a block away but it didn't seem like the weather was on my side. My shoes were soaked along with my pants. "Goddammit!" I give up hiding and Sprint to the nearest piece of shelter I could find. Suddenly, a black cat rushes out an alley and right in between my legs to the other side of the street, with the greyest eye's anyone could see. I froze and look to make sure the cat was safe
Luckily it have taken shelter near the gas station where a grumpy old man was cursing out his truck. I sighed and turned my attention back to the road. Them all I hear is the sound of metal scraping then being lifter then settled down again. "What the-" I looked to a tall lean figure with black hair, and mysterious grey eyes. "Uhm who are you, and what the hell do you want?!" I shouted at him. He was awfully close to me causing me to get defensive. "Gomen'nesai, my name is Kyoko, I believed I saved you."
