"Honey why are we here ? We have nothing to do with this creature any more." Asked Mellin
"We still have a promise." Answered Scar
"Dad what is this all about!?" Asked Joy and Crystal
"This is a creature's den, and a creature that I knew." Replied Scar.
"Go on, I love stories." Said Gem.
"Almost a decade ago I made a promise, a deep promise that if I don't keep my word for it, it could ruin our family. So what happened was when me and your mother were just husband and wife, not mom and dad, I would go out and sneak into other animal's dens when they were not home and I would take some of their food, and at that time me and your mother were not good at hunting. One day I went into a random den, I didn't even check if there was a creature inside. I went into the deen and saw a pile of meat, unguarded. I took about a forth of it out, and that was already a lot of meat, and I put the meat on the ground outside. Then a winged creature came out of the den, roared right in my face and said, ' If you take my meat again.... You will be is that pile! For the next ten years you will bring me two elks to eat every month, I eat more but I can hunt on my own,do you promise? He said to me. It was horrifying and, me and your mother went hunting yesterday to get the first elk for him, this is the second. We brought the second elk from the den in the middle of the night because we did not want to wake you pups. " Explained Scar.
"Can we please go now? I don't want to be winged creature bait!" Asked Gem.
" Kids come with me, father has to talk to this creature." Mellin told her kids.
